I've just got this game and it's brilliant, one question though. I noticed then when I first got my powers in the cutscene Jackie impaled enemies with the tentacles and ate their faces too while standing, I was wondering can you do this at will?

The story sucked. The whole giant black lady/calypso thing sucked. The fact that Davy Jones became a pussy sucked. Norrington's death sucked. Beckett's slow-mo death sucked. Swann's speech sucked. The 'taking vows' scene sucked. The romance sucked. Chow-Yun Fat dissapointingly sucked... then died, which sucked. Sparrow started to get boring, therefore sucked. The running time sucked. but.. The CGI did not suck.

I'm not too sure about this one. I liked the first, but the sequels should stay in the eighties. And this doesn't feel like First Blood at all to me. I would of prefered a back to basics film like Balboa. The sotryline is kinda weak too, still, I'm up for some heavy duty gory action.

Zodiac Very interesting film, carried by the fantastic performances and gripping story. The film documents the publicity hungry serial killer named Zodiac and the protagonist Robert Graysmith (Jake Gylenhaaaal) a cartoonist at the San Fransisco Chronicle, he obsessively tracks Zodiac through the seventies and eighties. It's a very long film (nearly 3 hours) and is slow paced, it's more interesting than entertaining and I doubt I'll watch it again soon. But overall a great effort from Fincher. 7 out of 10

Well its getting good reviews so far (check Empire or something). It is in similar tone to the original (with more action and... um, Ameicans) and it starts Robert Carlyle so i'm sure it'll be alright.

I suggest Earth Intruders and Wanderlust for starters, then move on from there. I'm trying to adjust to it at the moment, it's good but there are definitely a few not so great tracks. I think it'll be a grower.

The battle system is better. After this one's fast pace fighting I can't get back into the slow and now rather dull random battles of old. Agreed though the storyline isn't that interesting and the characters (although far better than the ones in X) can be a bit boring. But as a game it plays perfectly, the presentation and graphics are second to none and there's a hell of a lot to do and places to go. (IX is still by far my favourite though) Has anybody completed it yet? I've just past Phon Coast and heading to Archadia. My average level is about 35.

Y.. you... you thought this was the best and 2 the weakest?! EDIT: Oh wait.. you're 15. I hope 4 (if done by the same people, cast & crew etc) will correct some of the silliness of this installment.
