The idea of holding the nunchuck as if it were two sides of a steering wheel (if that indeed is what he is doing) is rather nice. At least they seem to have had a good think about Wiimote usage.

What was wrong with it on Vice City now?

19, (20 in April). I think I joined a few months before CE became RE, though i didn't post much. In the time since, I've probably become less angry.

Pikadiator Actually has superior lip syncing then the original show. Or indeed, Russel Crowe.

Do they not control the little speaker volume? That's what I would have thought anyway.

I think "debate" is a rather strong word to be bandying around the Gamespot forums. It suggests a group of people calmly discussing known facts in order to come to a civilised conclusion. The Gamespot forums are, to my mind, more representative of a large herd of Yaks trying to decide who's the boss by having massive farting competition.

Indeed the Zelda poster in NGamer this month was sexy. Decided to go for the big retro collage on the other side though, to add some colour. Still got their previous TP poster up anyway.

As much as I enjoy the various subtle and intelligently made points on this thread, I draw the line at Goldeneye comparisons. What kind of crazy ass souped-up N64 was everyone playing it on?

The trailer be nice. Graphically pretty similar (with an emphasis on pretty) to the PC version, only with slightly better blood and effects. This is a good thing. The control scheme looks good too. I hope you can mix and match dual weapon combinations a la' Halo 2.

Is there a link to the vid around here?

Somehow I don't recall Mr Game and Watch running backwards on all fours with his arse pointed towards the enemy. Or having a gigantic fart attack. Also Samus and Sheik moved in a very similar fashion in Melee (both had the same spinning upward kick especially.) In fact the main difference between them was that Samus was slower and floatier then Sheik. Besides if they have gotten rid of Sheik, how will they have adjusted Zelda's character to compensate?

This forum has never purported itself to be the definition of mental (or indeed physical) health. -
What those soldiers didn't sign up for was to be left undermanned and without the tools or equipment they actually need to do the job or defend themselves. The MoD and Donald Rumsfeld are pillocks, make no mistake.

I don't think this will change much, for better or for worse. The second he was dug out of that hole, this was never going to end any other way. Perhaps his trial should have gone up to the Hague instead, for a proper, stable trial in a more established court. In any case, I don't see him becoming a great driving force for the Sunni insurgents, with the violence already escalated to fever pitch. I think it would be best to just get it over and done with now.

What makes you say that?

All of them. All at once or one after the other, I'm not bothered. -
The whole thing just looks gorgeous. That fish animation looks stunning. A nice peaceful simulation of the best and most beautiful nature has to offer. In my opinion if they get this right it would represent games at their zenith.

Undercover Brother - No other film has ever dealt with the complexities of inter-racial community relationships in the USA with more intelligence. I'm not kidding. The fact it's also riotously funny is simply an added bonus. Featuring the wonderful David Chappelle. 8/10 "The black man never gets any credit. Jesus Christ- black man. Babe Ruth- black man. Madonna- sleeps with black men. Think about it!"

Now for my two cents- I like the new Fox/Command DS design. It's a nice, clean evolution on the horror that was his 90s taxidermy style in Starwing. Boots possibly a little big, but I'll live. Stop whining! (currently downloading)

Goldeneye - Tina Turner Great bond film, great Bond theme tune. Puts the new one to shame. 8/10

Ah, I remember the time I got into a harumph trying to finish F-Zero story mode. Those poor school children... -
Renaissance - Imagine Perfect Dark meets Sin City. Great but slightly misfiring cast that includes Daniel Craig, Jonathan Price, Ian Holmes and that guy with the really sexy gravely voice. Visuals are spectacular and there are some great action scenes. The plot is a tad cluttered and muddled with a few unnecessary plot points and characters, but it's all explained by the end of the film at least. Bawdy dialogue. All in all, worth a look. 6/10 "I may not know much about saints, but I've got a good nose for smelling out a son of a bitch!"

The love making skeletons were a tad freaky, but in a good way. Gotta love Tim Burton. The 'tache ain't too bad either, in my opinion
