    One show that's amazing at the moment is Yugioh GX. Not only is it so awful it's amazing, you're not likely to see such a rich seam of homosexuality on TV outside of Queer as Folk reruns.

    Just one of many I reasons I hate ranks, levels, gamer points and just about any other perceived numerical system to define a player's "skill" that's ever been added to any competitive game of any kind on any system, anywhere, ever.

    Everyone's feeling a bit emotional as we enter the winter months I see. I sometimes wish I had a bit more emotional input and output. I often feel like a robot, just generally getting on with things happily enough and never really wondering why or what for. Life can get a bit mundane sometimes.

    Yay! Finally, I got my student loan came in today. Headed straight to the store. Unfortunately they were out of the Forza-Controller bundles, so I'm going to head back at 4 and pick up the full package once they've had their delivery. Grabbed a clutch of pre-owned titles while I was there in preparation: Crackdown, GRAW2 and DOA 4. Sexcellent.

    Ok day, just getting on with college and stuff. Feeling a bit tired this week, must be just the winter blues. I hope my student loan finally gets in tomorrow, then I'll have my day off with a brand spanking new 360. I at least want it by the end of the week. Come on SLC, whats your game? "Confirmation of attendance" and all that bull.

    I feel compelled to warn you all that the managerial version of myself I play in the game represents neither my own personality, my own feelings to anyone else competing in the league, or indeed my own understanding of Football and it's related stratagem. Just to avoid any misunderstandings.

    Interestingly enough, a lot of Scottish people tell me I sound very American. Anyway. Tired. Sorted out bills, chased up student loan, hopefully I'll have that by the end of the week. Ate a big bag of revels earlier. Snacking on some carrots to give it some extra company before bed. I think it's a sign of the winter closing in.

    I just hope gay and cross-species-lesbian relationships feature later in the trilogy. That's my one slight disappointment for this coming first instalment.

    I'm personally not too hot for Assassins Creed. It's looks decent enough, but the one thing that really puts me off it is that when the player gets into combat with say, ten knights, they only seem to attack you one at a time. Which annoys me no end. Yes and no. Yes, it is KOTORs spiritual successor, and no, it's not just a bit shiner, it's a massive visual and technical overhaul of a game that was amazing in every way to begin with. I mean, good god man, have you seen the character creation system?

    One of those rather listless afternoons when you wake up just before twelve and spend the rest not knowing what to do with yourself, even though I do have stuff to be done. Though not urgently. Made a Youtube video by taking the ITV F1 highlights clip and putting a better soundtrack over it. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9R-9x88WiA - God I love F1. And the Go! Team) Feeling a bit tired, but I'm not sure if I wan to go to bed or play video games or something. Blah.

    Top gears back after the snooker. This week, Jeremy will be driving the worlds smallest car and Hammond will be trying to kill himself again by racing a fighter jet in a Bughatti.
