I donated blood - 2nd time this year! The nurse says I need to avoid heavy lifting for a day or two - no masturbation for me tonight then.

The windows are also sealed behind a crate of rabid flesh eating stoats. It's like Saw if the villain had spent too much time in getting high at Arts College.

I have the writers block. I feel like I've locked myself inside my own house and I can't find the keys to unlock any of the doors and the windows are too small to clamber out of.

Life: I intend to spend the next year getting older, as the trend seems to be me slowly getting happier as the days roll by. Events: World Cup and the F1 season, my sisters graduation. Bookies' given me 9-1 on England, 11/2 on Button and 4-1 that somebody falls over collecting their diploma. Friends/Relationships: This year SHALL be the year I finally convince Martinist to confess his undying love for me. *fingers crossed* Places: I hope to make an Escape to London, which is predicted to be a bit like Escape from LA starring Kurt Russel, except backwards and with more car chase sequences involving urban voodoo preachers. Entertainment: Your mother.

Oh hell yeah, that's looks hot as god damn. I wonder how many can play in co-op? The first one's 2 player mode was fantastic (on the few occasions it worked.)

Men Who Stare At Goats Ewan McGreggor's ass on proud display alongside George Clooney's. Jeff Daniels naked in a hot tub. Kevin Spacey has a moustache. It's practically gay porn. The best gay porn I've ever seen. "Everybody can dance. The only reason you don't is because someone once told you not to."

A gentle lavender sunset over silver fields of Scotland reminds the banquet set is supported only by the presence of good friends. Dudette, if in doubt then hit it and hit it with a stick. Twice. You only live once after all!

I've decided to only play this game after 4pm from now on - playing against other people who have interests and social lives that aren't WM2 is much less aggravating.

Sounds very interesting, glad they're trying something a little different then the straight-up Battlefield formula. I wonder how the combat areas are created - procedurally generated in some fashion one might guess? It'll be interesting to see how the mechanic between organised Merc corps and bands of individuals are balanced. Would it be a bit like a regular matchmaking mechanic on the surface or what?

Apparently they need to redesign to meet MotoGP safety standards on that section, and it lets them add a new set of grandstands. On the off-chance the FIA doesn't put it's stamp on it they can still run the traditional section for F1 anyway. I think it should be fine, all the best bits of Silverstone are untouched and anything that increases spectator capacity can only be a positive thing.

I think one thing I would do is address more clearly what kind of home she's escaping. You don't have to meet it head on but simply parents shouting at each other, even in a bitter divorce doesn't explain why she would be given to a foster family - dropping hints like finding broken furniture, windows, plates, food everywhere after each fight, burnt out cigarettes and alcohol containers left everywhere, things disappearing from the house, not being fed or washed or taken to school for days on end, and so on. I know it's a risk addressing it because the story is aimed at real foster children, but precisely because of that I don't think you can't address it. I can see what they mean by not having her fantasy work so much against her, because it makes more sense that these imaginary situations are an escape, not a challenge for her. You should keep them but the thing to do would be address that while they distract her they don't provide - e.g. I'd probably make her have a lot of fun taming lions and stuff with the circus, but then it packs up and leaves town - then her foster brother comes and offers her his Action Man or something, which she finds boring but she's still happy to be able to play with someone anyway. Or maybe she has a lot of fun mixing potions with the witches, but they can't help her when she skins her knee - but then her foster mum comes along and puts a plaster on it and helps calm her down. Perhaps this way she can realise naturally what her foster family can provide that her fantasies cannot. The sort of things I might do with the foster is to show how hard they're tying for her but she doesn't quite understand or trust them and they don't fully understand her, as hard as they try. eg. They give her a really nice room but she misses her old one so much she hates it. They cook her foods which she might find strange, try to buy her clothes and toys she isn't interested in or take her to nice places that her parents never took her so she finds them intimidating or weird. Anyway, sorry about the wall-o text, that's just a few ideas, so I hope that helps somehow. You're story's really got something in it, sounds like it'll be fantastic once it's had a little refinement. Keep it up!

A pleasant and unexpected victory I must say. I'm surprised I won this one looking at the stats, but then if the stats were worth anything I should've won my last match. I'm having some odd luck this season.

Gaw, I enjoyed bombing around in the Mako. I think a few more things to do in it would've improved it but generally I enjoyed kicking back in the drivers seat and clawing my up some lunar cliff face somewhere. Anyway:

Right, so I finally get my first payslip a while ago two weeks late and find I've been taxed about £50 I shouldn't have. I ask my manager, who tells me to phone the tax people. The tax people tell me to ask the Job Centre for a P45. The person at the Job Centre tells me to phone the national hotline. The hotline tells me to phone a regional call centre. The person at the call centre tells me I don't need a P45 and that I need to phone the tax people. The tax person tells me what I actually need is a P46 which I get from my manager. I'm starting to suspect they're doing this deliberately.
