Ok, super-mega bump time for this thread... My idiot mate has now spent £1200 on this FIFA Ultimate Eleven thing... seriously guys!

I'm glad we got the win but I kind of felt sorry for Blackpool, they gave a really decent showing! The end was pretty tense man. Now I do think United will win the league but even so, I'm praying to the Football Gods; we win our game in hand and beat United again then the gap will only be 3 points... United have their fair share of away games and their away form hasn't been the best this season... maybe, just maybe! ...but I doubt it very much. lol

I have to agree with Fierce Link, the game was great at what it set out to do and that was play like a 2D Metroid. If you played this game trying to use the d-pad as you would use an analogue stick then you were simply playing this in the wrong way. If you used used it as you would use d-pad in the 2D games then it was just sublime... as was the transition from 3rd to 1st person views. The game is a very worthy entry in the Metroid franchise!

So I'm feeling great but at the same time I'm feeling shit. I'm so head over heels for this girl, now we've always been close and we've had a little thing before but it ended without word (I don't know why... poop) and she's my sister's best friend. Anyhoo, I've been out tonight with my mates and I met her out too. She ended up staying out with us and, as you do, we got talking. The good... she told me that she's always thought that we'd end up being together. My hearts racing and I'm over the moon. We kiss, dance spend the night out enjoying the music... I love dancing with her, man can she move... wow! But after a while comes the bad. We talk, about so much, she ends up telling me that she sees me like a brother. Talk about a kick in the balls! Urgh... I don't know how to feel just now.

I still can't get hyped for this at all, it looks better than the first sure but so did the turd I had this morning. I think I just don't have the faith in HVS making this game to be one of the top FPS' on the platform. However, I do hope Conduit 2 is great because I think the first should've been so much better than it ended up being. They had great ideas but they ended up being poorly implemented.

One tip that'll make the game better for you; don't play it as a 3D game. Play it as a 2D game, use just the 4 directions of the d-pad and only occasionally making adjustments with diagonal movements. It plays brilliantly this way and feels just like a 2D Metroid!

After 350hrs I found it got a bit stale, although now I've had a break from it for a fair while I'm once again gaining a thirst for the hunt! There are so many great memories I have from this game hunting with the N-E Brotherhood!

Why oh why are there no decent jobs out there? Hell, not even decent, even half decent would do but there's none around! I'm willing to work for less money than I have been. I've been out of work for nearly 4 damn months now... it's doing my head in, I'm so fed up!

Being a Chelsea fan, I would cry now we're out of the FA Cup but I'm all out of tears already this season! lol
