Well Ghosts and Cross Your Fingers on the first album are the most joyous, driving ones, and maybe Devil's Spoke from the second album. The first album is probably best to pick from though.

RAPPORT! Currently listening to Exile in Guyville by Liz Phair and was about to say to just listen that enitre album, then saw Chair's post. But yeah, that. It's not on Spotify because it's too good. You have to want to hear it. EDIT: Seems they've added it, sortof? The tracks are there, but you can't listen to them as an album. Oh well, my point stands.

Went to Dundee this morning with a friend to pick up out portfolios from the art college. Back by 1sh, then went into town to go to the bank and get a new pin code. Really quick and easy, compared to last time. Then went to Fopp with no intention to spend money, but I did (Purchases thread). Watched some Angel, reading more JSA. Doesn't seem to be anything on this weekend, will be nice to just cool for a weekend, plus might force me to actually do some work. Wanna get some done tomorrow.

I'll be stunned if the team (in the Avengers film) is the exact same with one extraordinary joke. Like Mantis. That said, I'd be as happy with just Cap, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Wasp and Giant Man. I have no judgement of Black Widow's possible involvement as I haven't seen Iron Man 2 yet.

Yeah, he's effectively just an awesome mafia boss guy. During the War Games storyline in Batman he had a whole bunch of big villains "under" him, IIRC. But then it all depends. He's hands-on himself too, which is what makes him so good. His brutal torture of Spoiler for example, and how often he's tortured Catwoman and her loved ones etc.

Talia al Gjul would reek of "ugh", considering she wasn't mentioned or seen in the first film, and would just feel really cheap as an inclusion. (I love her in the comics though) It's be cool to have one of the gimmicky villains be defeated like the Scarecrow in TDK, just a few minutes or something. That would be funny. Like Mad Hatter or Firefly or something.

Anyone who thought that Clayface, Mr.Freeze or Killer Croc would be in Nolan's Batman-verse would be dreaming. I hope it's not the Riddler though, as the main villain...I stil want my Black Mask/Catwoman.

From listening to the whole album twice through, that's one of the least interesting to me. Seems really out of place and "for radio". The swearing randomly censored when the rest of the album isn't, and is in fact really explicit? And the hook is bit added on clunkily. Oh well (maybe it's just me). I'd recommend the album though. Spent the entire day watching Angel and reading JSA, yet only got through 5 episodes and 10 issues respectively, so I must have been doing other stuff. Had a driving lesson too. Some people are going up to Calton Hill tonight for the big fire festival pagan shit thing that sounds kinda cool, but it costs money I don't have/can't get as I've forgotten my pin code. Though it's kinda that feeling of '"No, it's fine, you guys have fun." *seethe*'. Although there's other reasons I don't want to go to it tonight...there's a high chance I'll run across someone I really can't handle looking at/talking to and it's just blah compli. But I'm happy to veg tonight...stuff planned for tomorrow anyway.

I got mine for £10 from a charity shop, it was effectively brand-new. Or at least very very well preserved. Maybe someone died a tragic death in it.

Don't worry, don't worry. The only thing is, to avoid a G.I Joe-esque fiasco, It would have to be properly tongue-in-cheek, or all edgy and "cool". A well-done one in the vein (but updated) of the originals with a good amount of knowing humour could be luv.

Of course. Though realistically, I'd prefer to have final creative say. I probably would if I were director. Hmm. Bear in mind Charlotte Gainsbourg will be the pink ranger and Sigourney Weaver is Rita Repulsa. You called Frank Miller's art ugly. Therefore you have no say here! :p
