Has anyone made the jump to HD for films?

i have made the jump, due to my lovely lovely ps3. deffo worth it, watching a film on blu ray can litteraly blow you away. the clarity is unreal, you dont even realise what your missing untill you see it. one tip, never watch laberynth in HD. trust me. -
id have said last serise was a dip in quality, or maybe its just impossible to top serise 3 and 4.

urgh, shit. missed the bus to my mates by a little bit, then wait almost half an hour for it to shoot by without stopping. i refuse to wait anouther 30 mins, and it would be pretty pointles for the amount of time id spend there any way, plus, i wasnt going to drink. still, i missed a noodles tea for no reason, and now im sat in the house on a saterday night. god i cant wait to pass my test. also, i dont think the "find a date tonight" link on facebook will truly deliver.

yeah, i got it as ssoon as it came up. gotta, say, its pretty awsome. loving the new wepons and leveling up again.

been getting my fallout3 on all day, and playing the new dlc (well, new to ps3) i do love fallout 3. its unbelivable that i still stumble across new things even now, near a year after it came out.

id say it reminded me of a mix between metroid prime, assassins creed and a hint of eternal darkness.

i got an earfull about not doing somthing my mam forgot to leave me a note telling me to do. and for not havig fast enough transport to town. and for not having enough driving expereince. i really dont care much for living at home.

gotta say, i dissagree. we all like to think we are unpredictable and illogical when it comes to love, but all that means is that the attraction isnt always obvious on to the bystanders, or even the atracted. see, a major part of sexual attraction is some one whos genes compliment our own, just because we cant see why some one is attracted on a physical/mental level dosent mean a genetic reason isnt clear as day. though then again, im not exactly some guru of love, if i was id not be here babbeling my bassic grasps of science.

i own alot of PS3 games, ive had it a little over a year and would guess ive owned (though sold) over 20 games, and rented more. i wouldent say i was greedy though. simply put, i enjoy games. i dont spend all my money on them, i still go out with mates and have enough left over to help me climb out of my over draft. i have outher hobbies besides gaming, and an active social life. i tend to complete most games i get, and then if i enjoyed em, i hold on, if they werent so good or i dont see a second play on the cards, i sell em on. i also lend games out occasionaly to friends. i do own a wii and did buy a few games on there, though alot were just impulse buys to eliviate bordom. there is little that interest me on the wii right now, a few games id like to play if i get the time, but all in all, there are proportionaly fewer games im interested on for the wii. not saying its the wii at fault, simply due to my tastes.

iphone arived today. i can confirm that they are indeed man's greatest achivment. it makes light saber noises, it has a compass, i can do my email, i think theres a phone int here as well. so serisouly, that was my whole day.

urgh, early start and busy day at work, but got sat with cool friends doing over time. i was described as "like a little puppy" due to my need for attention. legs hurt. alot. oh, and a girl i was thinking i might be making real progress with on fish4love is back with her EX, so that kinda puts me back on square one. on the plus side, i phone comes tommorow and im finaly off orange. the worst phone network known to man.

i drink to much, not like alcoholic style, but on a night out, i usualy end up not remebering parts and in some sort of mini adventure. is it necicary to get drunk? no, i enjoy myself without drink, i could live my life without drink, but the fact is i enjoy it, and it does lead to fun circumstances.

i felt the same, got it out of curiosity, found it to be one of the best games of 2008. x men origines: wolverine nice, fun game. not alot of depth but it was satisfying to rip people in half. and wolverine is totaly bad ass. only real complaint is the reocuring mini bosses, fun to fight once but then they got dull. the actual, proper boss fights were pretty spectacular, certainly looked the part. it just goes to show, you can make good movie/comic book games, so hopefully more will start coming out. 7/10 ott violence and a satisfying combat system -
no idea how i got home. i may have walked. i remeber being in a residental area, and my feet hurt. alot.

Planet Terror or my i havent used my brian alot lately following on from my WET review in the game review thread, comes a review of a perfect fit in film form. cant say the film really challenged me. it was exactly what you expected, all the boxes for cheesy B movie ticked. bassicly, if you want to see a good movie, rent shawshank, if you want to see a fun movie, you could do worse then this. 7/10 a fun distraction, but lacking any long term appeal, sort of like a one night stand much more fun to watcht hen death proof.

really i dont want to dissmiss the whole serise already, but that was a poor episode, and last serise was markedly worse then 4, which was slightly worse then serise 3 (my highlight of the show). its just a decline in quality, its understandable, but i cant help but feel it would be better to go out on a high then slip into bland nothingness.

i think hes refering to the free running esc bits, which did kinda remind me of ME too. i HUGELY prefered WET to ME, i just found ME a nice idea badly executed.
