Don't think I've ever cried over a tv show / movie / song. Although I was pretty invested in Death Note, and the end of that was pretty special. But no crying was involved. Same with a few other shows. As for sad songs; "Jimmy Eat World - Drugs or Me" is pretty sad. And of course there's "Gary Jules - Mad World" which is the Donnie Darko song (another film which got me in the same way Death Note did). Also, I feel I should mention that this dicussion should also extend to books. The end of the His Dark Materials trilogy is probably the closest to crying I've come over any entertainment media. Who wouldn't get overwhelmed by her face?

Pretty sure I cried as a kid when my Dad formatted the hard drive without telling me causing me to lose my Tiberian Sun save data. I had some awesome custom maps I've never been able to recreate

The Road to Wimbledon- Who Will You Support?

I'd support Hibs, or Motherwell, or whatever. But not Rangers, because they are our local rivals. Same way England are Scotlands local rivals. -
The Road to Wimbledon- Who Will You Support?

I think it's important to remember this. I supported Henman, I support British athletics teams, etc. But I don't support England football, England rugby, etc. Thats like me supporting Rangers after Celtic are knocked out of the Champs League, or a Man City fan supporting Utd, or a Liverpool fan supporting Everton. -
Sorry, missed that. Although I'm still not sure whether to trust you.

I'm wondering; what do the riddles do? Do we have to get a certain amount right at which point something happens, do we have to avoid not getting a certain amount, are they pointless distractions to discussion? And Rokhed, why would you want to silence people? What's your actual role?

Senses Fail have announced that their new album is coming out on October 7th, if anyone cares. (Jayseven?)

So am I a **** for having the same attitude as Murray? Is the majority of the Scottish population a ****? -

Because most English people would support Scotland? -
I think it has to be seriously thought about when someone is sentenced to several life sentences worth of prison time. What's the point in letting them live, when they aren't even going to get day release no matter how good their behaviour? It's simply sapping the money. Why does the tax payer have to pay to keep the guy alive, paying for his food and shelter?
-
A potato? Also, whats this with Rokhed's character? I'm not familiar with the series or whatever. Is he potentially a threat?

Anybody else's BBC really messy? Jumping, glitching, losing the signal for a few seconds. All my other channels are fine. Wondering if it's the BBC's transmitter, anybody in central Scotland having problems? -
Last week The Bends was my favourite. Week before that it was Kid A. Like I said, those 5 are entirely interchangeable. Just depends on what kind of mood I'm in, what I've listened to recently etc. It probably helps that since the gig I finally found a decent quality rip of OK Computer, previously the copy I had was pretty rubbish.

So then what info have you gotten so far?
-
Man, if you'd asked me this before Friday it would have looked so different. It basically changes constantly, but right now I'd say; Ok Computer Hail to the Thief Kid A In Rainbows The Bends Amnesiac Pablo Honey Although to be honest, the first 5 are all interchangeable. Any order of those 5 and I wouldn't complain. And thats not to say Amnesiac is bad by any stretch. Pablo Honey is, though. :p

Old ones are still going to be compatible though so I don't see the problem.

Totally agree. I never really particularly thought of The Gloaming as a great song but it was amazing live, the same for Myxamotosis. In fact all the songs off HttT that they played were awesome, maybe I underestimated that album. And Bangers and Mash, is that the one that Thom played on that miniture drumkit for? Wicked song, don't understand why that didn't make it onto disc 1 of In Rainbows.
