@Hero-of-Time You still have to send me your Switch (thank God there's no "backspace rule" in this thread. Give me your Switch and the two games I want to play.

I've gone through my memory to remember what games from 2017 I've played/completed. There aren't many, but here's one: After Resogun and Alienation Housemarque returned with Nex Machina. It's quite possibly the perfect arcade twin-stick-shooter. Spot on gameplay, beautiful graphics and a soundtrack that is so good, I still have it blasting through my system from time to time. It's a shame Housemarque is moving away from arcade games. I will miss them. But I trust the devs to come up with something equally enticing because: (A quote from one of their blog posts.). That sentence...it describes what the team can do perfectly. "Gameplay first with first class execution." There aren't many developers these days to which this quote applies. Sadly...

Just finished the campaign. As usual I didn't expect anything revolutionary or special because...well...it's Call of Duty. But the campaign was one hell of a ride. After the very good Infinite Warfare single player offering I'm surprised that WWII's is right up there. Solid gameplay, amazing music, great sound and beautiful graphics. The story is your typical war stuff, but it was quite emotional at times. All in all: I loved it. Together with the multiplayer and Zombies this is a very, very good Call of Duty and a pretty good game in general.

So. Who's with me on the 9th, then?
-
Well...one of you will be homeless next year. @Fierce_LiNk , you can come and live with me if you want.
-
I don't. Ever

That's a bit of an overreaction, don't you think?

So after looking up what exactly we have to do for the Hardcore Easter egg, we decided to give it a go last night. And failed miserably Even though we knew what the requirements were we only managed to do about 25% of all "missions" until we got killed during wave 16...How some people are beating this within 20 waves or less is beyond me. But it's fun. Trying to get everything done while surviving and cooperating is awesome. Completed a couple more missions in the campaign, too. Will likely finish it today.

Pokémon Red and Blue are the best games of the series.
-
Okay, I need this.

That reminds me...I still need to put more time into this Think I'll put Skyrim on hold and after finishing the CoD WWII campaign I'll get back to the first Crash.

December 2017 line-up: Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition (PS4) Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of the Legendary Legends (PS4) Until Dawn: Rush of Blood (PS Plus bonus – PS VR Required) That’s You! (PS Plus bonus – PlayLink) Xblaze Lost: Memories (PS3) Syberia Collection (PS3) Forma 8 (PS Vita & PS4) Wanted Corp (PS Vita) Quite bad. Forma 8 looks interesting, though.

But you don't know how many Power-up marshmallows and, more importantly, One-up marshmallows you get. It's annoying that it's pay to win...the more you buy, the more you can extend your life. I rather unlock another year by simply playing but life's hard...I might have to resort to buying loot boxes.

@Ganepark32 I've completed the first four missions of the campaign just now. It's your standard CoD affair, nothing special but a good and fun experience. I enjoy it a lot. If the remaining missions can keep this up, I'm in for a hell of a ride. Edit: One thing I hate, and it may sound ridiculous: You have to shoot dogs. I know this is a video game, but still...I have a soft spot for dogs, especially German Shepherds. Just let me shoot Nazis and leave the dogs out of this. Games that make me kill dogs...I HATE 'EM.
-
Really Nintendo? You're selling loot boxes now, too?
-
I'm still hoping for a big Vita game. Trails of Cold Steel would be incredible, but I doubt it'll ever be a PS+ game
-
Well...Already own Darksiders II. The other two games...urgh.
-
I've just realized that there aren't a lot of games from 2017 that I've completed Not sure if I'll finish more games this year.

Wooohooo. Two of my mates, myself and a random guy beat the casual easter egg (which is apparently what the "standard missions" are called in the community) last night. 56 minutes. What a great experience. Co-op gameplay par excellence. Now to look up on how to do the hardcore easter egg. It's apparently cryptic as fuck Edit: Just read a walkthrough and there is no way we would've figured that out on our own
