Bit large but I tried to take this for a good photo to show the flower in IRC the other day, it's just smaller than a penny in reality ftr. Even though my camera takes awesome autofocus photos, I had to use macro and manual to get it focused properly, silly camera I don't know how to use! Aaaand I have a one of a caterpillar but it's not so great so maybe another time.

Ok, I'm still unsure about johnwayne(and how he managed to magic his way over here from this) but yeah, I've been reading beingthreatened(linked in my above post once I finally found it, and here) and it DOES look like it's a bad idea just to ignore the letters if that the site's talking about is right, however the site has plenty of sensible and easy advice to get you through from the looks of things. Worth a look after all.

It's £23 both with the strategy guide and without on 360, maybe an error so take advantage of that shit as soon as you can if you want the game! Ahh, I didn't realise it was linked to the Davenport Lyons thing, but I did know all about the company that tried it with that pinball game, and was in fact my inspiration for my response here. There IS a good thread over on Slyck, but it's about 150million light years long, but it's essentially the same thing. Despite my posts, I'd like to point out I'm not in anyway qualified in law, and giving this advice off my own back, take it at your own responsibility. The reason I say to ignore it and let it run to court is because given the dynamic nature of IPs, it's ridiculous to think that it's proof enough to prove the infringement, secondly as I said I find it hard to believe that any judge would award a £500 damage to a company just for one song's download. Your other option, as I recall being advised by the Slyck thread is to seek legal advice, maybe from the Citizens Advice Bureau and Slyck said something about writing back to fully assert that you did not download the song in question. However, *I* think getting involved is just silly, and don't imagine they'd actually chase you if you didn't reply or contact them, especially considering you did nothing wrong/downloaded the song in question. To get involved in something you aren't guilty of, is that sensible? I also question this random fellow who has appeared telling us to follow the advice in that thread(though I did read it myself quite a while back). Ahh, yes, sort of those, but I found on one page the link to what I was sort of thinking of(I think), twas The Law of Truly Large Numbers. They all play into each other and this, though. Don't be a fool, are you honestly believing this? For every one you name that 'ended in tragedy', I can probably match with ones that didn't. Also, alot were sometimes self-inflicted, such as drugs overdoses and such, I'm not sure how much I consider those tradegies.

There's a name for something kind of related to this but I don't know what it is. Like, the idea of a tiny miniscule chance thing happening to someone, only it happens cos there's so many people/possibilities. Law of large numbers or something? I do agree it's already been explained why this happens though. Firstly, the stress and pressure of fame and contribute. Second, shit like this happens everyday to everyday ordinary people who aren't famous, worse things happen even, only no large sample of people notices/cares because it isn't as exposed as with a famous person. What other answer is there?

I was in the pub when someone I was sitting with got a text saying it, then he rang his parents to ask them to check the news, and during that it seemed the rest of the pub was erupting, quite....strange. I was just about to leave too! We stayed for a bit after that, and I then heard he wasn't dead was in a coma, then was dead. I was sad, me and marcamillian had a drink to toast his memory. For me growing up I didn't have much in the way of current music, but Michael Jackson was probably one of the first musics I had that was post 70s, so it was weird to think that man was dead. Personally I'm of the opinion he went all downhill when he got white. But thinking now, I've got to agree(for once) with stuwii though, the man everyone loved has been long dead, but despite his pedoing ways and all of that, before them, he used to be cooler than cool. They didn't call him the king of pop for nothing, but...he hasn't been that for a while, so I wonder whether the fuss should be made now, or not. People were already speculating he wouldn't make it to the tour either. Anyhow, he was a legend of a man despite so many troubles, I hope he's finally found some peace.

Nownow guys, this isn't another zelda thread...or at least I don't think it's meant to be. As for me, really, I don't know where or what, but I want to see Nintendo team up with 5th Cell for something, I honestly think 5th Cell could become the next Rare or something if and when they get their feet off the ground(with scribblenauts hopefully). Maybe even just that, a nintendo exclusive scribblenauts franchise! Though I do wonder how much you can...build upon the original game and concept.

My sister bought like a 19" samsung and I saw it hooked up to her VM box, I thought rather similar to you, all a bit pants really. I've been thinking of getting one still anyhow, as I'd mainly be using it for gaming/dvd stuff.

AS goafer said, I dunno how much factor it does play but I heard allergies can be caused by growing up in conditions that are too sanitary, if you ain't exposed to dirt and all sorts of germs I think your body learns to fight them all wrong and spazzes out at harmless stuff, and BAM! There it is, your allergy. I find it amusing if that is the case(as a twist of fate, it's horrible for the girl, I'm hoping they could do something for her) that someone starts their life in such a sanitary world and is later forced to continue to live in it. Personally if that were me, I don't know what the hell I'd do, come to think of it, what things could I even do? Is it a fair life and existence? I'm unsure I'd want it, though I've got the knowledge of what I'd be missing, whereas she has not. Which is worse?
