Im absolutely terrible at finishing Ace Attorney games in a reasonable time. I bought Dual Destinies the day it came out and still havent got too far in it, despite the Ace Attorney games being one of my favourite ever series! It was exactly the same with the other games as well, took me months-years to finish.

Im liking the look of Benteke so far but I do think we've started to revert back to a few years ago when we were hoofing a few too many long balls forward. Hopefully thats just temporary as we get used to him. I'd also rather see 2 strikers up front, especially now that we have a few more to work with.

I always found that 4 onwards thats more true. I still struggled with 1-3.

I was always interested in the MGS games but never had the patience for the stealth sections so I wasnt aware of just how nuts that series gets. I've been watching Giant Bomb play through 1-4 over the past year and just loved every minute. Gonna watch their latest video tonight of Peace Walker.

Well their Gamescom conference last year was pretty good for announcements and they cancelled that one this year to focus on the event in Paris so I think we're hoping for a similar showing.

It sounds like maybe you are comparing it too much to games like Ethan Carter though. Yes it could be similar to those but thats not what they were going for. I guess its just a problem with what we think the game should be and what the devs wanted the game to be.

I'll still be getting it as I love Uncharted 1 and 2 but I'll probably wait until closer to the time to see if I get it at launch. It might end up being a January game for me once all the other big releases are out of the way.

Yeah I heard that actual localisation is terrible. The fan one though is pretty good, its just a shame that it cant cover all of the text but it was enough at least when I last played.

You can't just say it'd be worth it though, Sega will have actually worked out how much they expect to get back from the game and how much localising it would cost along with setting up the payment systems in the West and hiring people to run all that stuff. I would love to play it over here instead of having to go through all the fan patching but its just not that simple.

I guess you cant really blame them though if they've done the research and figured out its just not worth it to release over here

I wouldn't if I were you. Being friends with Goafer is just a constant stream of Candy Crush requests and photos of babies from his feed. And they weren't even his babies!!!

Just completed Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. Very interesting and beautiful game, one I expect I'll be thinking about for quite a while as I try to piece together just what happened. I feel like while everyone will be able to appreciate the game, English people will get the most out of it. Just walking around the villages, homes, pubs, Doctor's surgery etc I felt like I was recognising so much! The whole area is so well designed and thought out. For the first few hours I was anxious the entire time. I never actually expected something to jump out at me but the devs did such a good job with the atmosphere in the game and the feeling that some major had happened that you just didnt understand.

I think its still weird that we never saw anymore of that secondary base from the end of season 2. Felt like they were all ready to feature that in season 3 then nothing came of it.

With all these DC shows and movies happening, how awesome would it be if it was all leading to something (like Avengers: Infinity War) and we got a Justice League: Crisis movie that pulled in all the TV actors as well as characters from different Earths. They could even get Christian Bale, Brandon Routh etc.

Yeah its possible. I think they might pull ahead of Sony in monthly sales for a couple of months and then it'll go back to usual. Hopefully Sony will sort out their 1st party offerings soon. 2016 looks better but we also had Andrew House confirming that they do know its too sparse so that should mean they'll do something about it.

I'm not sure some of them are system sellers to be honest. Gears being a remaster that's also available on PC and Forza always seemed like a game for people that already owned an Xbox. Don't get me wrong, I expect them to sell very well, just not necessarily move consoles. Halo probably will but I wonder how much of the stink from the Master Chief Collection has lingered. Tomb Raider will do well but I expect it would have done even better if MS had handled its "exclusivity" announcement better. A lot of gamers are just happy to wait for the PC or PS4 versions now.

The worst part of e-cigs is the fact that they've just become yet another vanity item for morons.

Cant decide what I hate more at the moment. Smoking or vaping.

@Hero\-of\-Time did you ever get around to listening to the Beastcast? If not its possibly more up your alley than the Bombcast. A lot more positive and they tend to have deeper conversations now than the Bombcast as well.

Supernatural is a weird one because they obviously finished the main story they wanted to tell but I think while the show isnt as good as it used to be, the characters are so good and they're still managing to milk that lore well enough that they dont feel the need to end it yet I guess. Plus I think it still does really good numbers for them. I was actually just thinking about buying the Supernatural blu-ray set last night to watch them all again but I decided to save my money and rewatch it on Netflix.

Oh yeah definitely. Its not an atmosphere that I would think would be particularly hightened by playing at night as most of the game is set early evening so its still pretty sunny out in the game. Its just the game itself that gives it such a good atmosphere. I'm about half way through at the moment apparently so I think when I get home from work and carry on, I'll probably use headphones this time.
