I got The Messenger free with Twitch Prime and loved it.

Just remembered I need to grab myself an SD card for the Mega SG so I can update the firmware. Forgot all about that. Should probably check if the Super NT has any updates as well.

Nah I like to avoid repro carts if I can. I don’t mind them existing (as long as they aren’t cheaply made), I just want originals. Only ones I’ve thought about getting were Japanese with English patches.

I can't remember if @Goafer was on this trip but I was given around £30 for spending money on a school trip to France and ended up spending it all with a friend on a Time Crisis 2 arcade machine before we even left England.

I won Time Crisis and the G-Con in a competition as a teenager. Great gun. Yet another game I regret selling.

It’s things like Aventures of Batman & Robin and X-Men 2 that annoy me, being worth more now. Yeah I’m glad I’m not trying to collect Saturn stuff. Don’t know what kind of chump would try that...

Just counting through that list and 19 of the games on there I owned as a kid. Selling all my Mega Drive stuff is still my biggest gaming regret.

Looking at that list there are about 4 games I plan to get. Maybe 1 or 2 more but they’ll be for other systems.

I probably should as its a system that I've just never really touched but I'm kind of more tempted at the moment to finally buy a Mega CD. I need to make a list of stuff I want soon so when I go to that retro games market with @Goafer I'm prepared.

Yeah my original version as a kid had the special bosses. Would be nice to get that version again.

Does anyone remember which Shinobi games were on any of the Mega Games cart collections and which weren’t? I was just looking at getting Revenge of Shinobi but I couldn’t remember if that one came with any or if that was a different Shinobi game.

It just says April 2019. Hoping it will be earlier in April rather than later. I’ll probably start keeping an eye on eBay again soon, see if I can fill some gaps in my Mega Drive collection like I did with the SNES.

Love it. Feels great and making me very nostalgic. Need the Mega SG to hurry up and get here now!
