  1. Maybe because it looks more badass?
  2. For some reason it isn't even there... I'll have to harass the internets later.
  3. What was the budget?
  4. I knew it, I just couldn't be arsed to sing.
  5. Ah yes, that iconic piece of Pokémon music Even people gave up singing the Pokémon theme half way through, only chirping up a bit when the fit conductor kept prompting us. It did make a change from the other weird noises that came from the crowd at times, like someone had failed a Jeremy Kyle lie detector. But still, no Route 1. Refund worthy. Favourite tune... probably the Team Rocket theme. Or one of the Gym Leaders' ch00ns. Me too. Actually got two of each so I could flog some for monies back. Didn't bother with any of the bootleg action outside though. If I didn't have work this morning at 6 I would've stayed to get my poster signed, but sadly could not afford the time, got back home at 12:30 and it was straight to bed.
  6. I did find it strangely ironic how the guy at the end said after saying there would be two more performances coming, which led to a few shouts of "Lavender Town!" and some other tracks, his response was "It's not Karaoke!" and then proceeded to say that he wanted us to sing along to the next song (Gotta Catch 'Em All) and that for the second there would be lyrics on the screen for us to sing along to "Like a Karaoke!" On the whole the show was a bit of a letdown, for two main reasons: 1] I didn't recognise most of the performances properly, they rang faint bells in my head but nothing stood out. 2] They tried covering too many games in one night. One or two songs from each game and a few more from the later games just was too much. Especially when this wasn't done: This would be much better if they spread it out over a couple of evenings. One night for the Red/Blue to Gold/Silver etc, a bit like the Zelda Symphony performances.
  7. I know he looks immense in all the pictures. As does the logo, I'm just happy they put the immensest of the immense Batman forms we've seen to accompany the logo.
  8. N-E Peeps, how do you go about changing costumes to DLC ones? I got one each for free from the store and although it says it's installed I can't find anywhere in the menu to actually change it, not even one piece at a time.
  9. S'good they got a fat Batman to accompany the fat bat symbol.
  10. It was good for them to get knocked down a peg. They couldn't simply stay the strongest power forevere just because they could adapt all the time. Having something else come along to blow them out of the water leading to a temporary alliance (Species 8472) was a nice touch. Giving me a nice feeling of Conflict Freespace: The Great War, which I've just completed (after technically 20 years). The ability to level the playing field made all the more sense being in a world full of new races and technology. It was the only Star Trek series which - to me - had an actual point, the first series and Next Generation was "look around and fap", Enterprise was "learn to look about and fap", Deep Space Nine was "Sit there whilst people pop over to fap"*, Voyager was "Look around, fap whilst getting your family home." *Very vague and probably incorrect assumptions, I've barely (if at all) watched them, except for the first series of Next Generation which I owned but Wil Wheaton put me right off watching any more.
  11. Well that was a spectacular failure if that was their aim. Saw it this morning, wasn't bad. Wasn't erection-worthy like most people seem to trying to tame, but it just kept coming back to "Right, so which bit of A New Hope are they going to steal this time?". There's not a lot that is standing out as that memorable. One thing though:
  12. As much as I enjoyed the last two films, this trailer isn't doing anything for me. It's offering fuck all in terms of plot apart from "here's some baddies"
  13. I didn't mind the first Bay Turtles film. This was the worst Turtles movie I've seen.
  14. If you can get a hold of it, try for the AEG 2015 Black Box, five nice games in that.
  15. http://www.n-europe.com/reviews/bravely-default
  16. Anyone who didn't plan to do so beforehand is a fool. A FOOL I TELL YOU.
  17. Fire. There's never a choice. FUCKING FIRE DAMMIT.
  18. I got used to the claw like grip I needed to play it. Would be weird if they changed it.
  19. Yes, but that wasn't known at the time and that's not how it was originally dealt with the first time it happened. Prior to knowing the tattoo was moved it was all: "Ah well, I guess you're innocent, let us take off that death countdown" Therefore implying that the process can be nulified. However fast forward five seconds... "Actually Little Stark, she's got it now." "OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE." Which gives the impression that the whole concept of it being able to be taken away is bullshit.
