I only got my second full recipe last night (and some flour), my last apple pie failed. I assume the game continues if I win, but I can’t guarantee it to be honest. What I can guarantee is I won’t win if town or mafia wins. I need to stall this game as long as possible, and since the mafia seem to have the advantage here.. I really like to hear if anyone one of you has some ideas. If all fails, I guess we can try the inactive, though that’s generally not my preference. Perhaps MadDog can send him an PM.

I generally share your sentiment, but it’s really a question of finding the right radio station for you. They are out there. In general I want: - DJ's that mainly announce the titles / artists. Music related talk is ok when kept to a minimum. - Music I like (yes, really) - Club DJs (as opposed to typical DJs) are great / either live or pre-recorded mixes are great - concerts What I don’t want: - Typical DJ talk. About the weather or something or popstar gossip. - News. Not interested, and then to hear it every hour or even more! - Commercials. They’re needed, but please keep them to a minimum.. - Traffic reports. For God’s sake. A great advantage of being unemployed is not having to be exposed to the typical radio crap. Most of them are exactly the same, most of the rest are more or less the same. I probably don’t have to tell you this, but internet is your friend here. My favourite radiostation is internet-based. Of course, this doesn’t help you in your car. Perhaps it’s good to look into DAB. Over here, it isn’t popular at all, but they happen to broadcast the other radiostation (of 3 in total) I listen to. UK is bigger, perhaps there are more stations that suit your taste.

I generally stay out of this situations like this. I’d just like to say this: I never had a problem with Kurtle, his posts seemed normal to me, all the ones outside the dating thread that is. Even the kipling post. People overreacted to it by taking it out of context (by involving his posts in the dating thread). He doesn’t like those cakes, big deal. He only made bad posts in the notorious dating thread. He needs to realise that, simply, in general, they were right and he was wrong. Again, outside of that thread, Kurtle never annoyed me. It’s a shame to see one of his flaws escalate to this proportion.

Looks better. I personally do like the empty space on the sides. Plus, it probably fits (or at least fits better) on tablets, and it fits better on an half window (on the same resolution).

In general, I’d go for the newest format, what’s likely to be the standard for the foreseeable future. It’s not about “does it add anything?â€, but “what is or will be the standard?â€. In 10 years, I don’t think we’ll have moved on to quad HD yet, and if then you’re in the mood for some Lost or whatever, it’s nice to have it fit the whole screen of the television you’re likely to have at that point. If you have a choice, I’d say always go blu-ray.

Hmm, I think I’m not a fan of the template. Slightly too “busyâ€, eventhough all the information is clear enough. Hard to explain. Not hard to explain examples: I think you’re on-hover effects can stand out more. Like left in the menu, you go from dark grey to lighter grey, doesn’t really stand-out. I’d change them to have more contrast, while still keeping with the overall colour theme. The other thing is submenus above, the transparent effect makes things more confusing. I’d make it opaque. As for me.. I should really get into making sites.. The problem is content. I don’t have any. So motivation is a bit low. Anyway, I should fix that, while working on my Java (and perhaps start PHP), and then SQL. I know the basics, but not enough to get a complete interactive and dynamic site working yet, with a simple CMS.

I’ve only seen it twice recently in a cinema, I don’t know if TV's are a very different expereince, being on a smaller screen and perhaps using different technologies. I like 3D when done right, but you really should experience it yourself somehow.. Some people can’t handle 3D viewing, and you don’t want to realise you’re one of them after making an expensive purchase.
