Yeah, no 360 either . I dunno, but I kinda default to PS3, because that’s the console I’m most interested in getting potentially. Even when reviews say some multi-platform titles are slightly better on the X-Box.

No 3D blu-ray standard existed when blu-rays became available. The 3D hype started after that. It’s possible some players can get an firmware update to support it, you’ll have to check the support site of yours, but you’re likely better off with a new one yes.

My win condition is to make a apple pie using the best recipe.. Which I don’t know what that is. I gather ingredients and recipes from other people.

I love it as fiction, or when they apply a scientific angle to it. I used to watch Arthur C. Clarke’s mysterious universe on Discovery back in the day when Discovery was still good. I don’t take these sightings seriously though. Not that I don’t believe in aliens, I do, but I think they’re far away on their own planets minding their own business rather than going sightseeing across the universe in disc shaped spacecrafts. If they find actual scientific proof that aliens have visited the planet, than that would be very cool, but until then, Dr. Who on television will do.

Yeah, I should be learning Flash as well. I don’t like it personally on websites, but it is always a nice thing to add to your résumé when applying for a job. I can’t afford Flash, but if I get some tutorials, I probably can do everything I want through Flex, except for the animating / tweening stuff. Long ago I made something in the archaic Director for school. I should make something again!

I’m getting it on PC any way, but it would be such a waste if they didn’t skip the Wii version and continue with the Wii U version.

I only have Oracle of Ages. If I ever do hunt down a copy of Seasons, I have a save ready . Can’t remember much of it, but top-down Zelda’s are rarely disappoint. As far as I’m concerned, Capcom can make new Zelda games when Nintendo can’t be arsed, I loved Minish Cap as well.

I loved the artstyle when it was announced, but before it was really known what kind of game it really was. Then got slightly disappointed to hear it was “just a puzzle game”. But after some more info, and the video review above, it really looks my kind of game. I’d get it if I had a PS3.

That’s always the problem with me.. I start them at the beginning of a game, but never finish them .

Oh yeah, about the cartoons.. I guess all the shorts are fantastic, from all the series, I think I like Ducktales the best. I don’t consider the Pixar stuff Disney though. And I have no interest of ever visiting any of the Themeparks.

I did intend to put together some sort of list of characters and / or actions, they usually are useful, but I want to get to bed in a minute.. I’ll see if I can (be arsed to) go through the complete thread tomorrow.

I love the oldskool Disneys, the 2D ones that is. I look forward to any new traditional animation they make, although I missed the Princess and the frog unfortunately (and I guess Winnie the Pooh, that really didn’t have much exposure). My favourite would be Lilo & Stitch. It makes me a little sad to realise the Disney era is over (in the traditional animation sense of course), it always used to be a big happening when there was a new Disney animation out. I should still have my tickets to Alladin and The lion king and such lying around.

Hmm, personally I find simply having the extra credits and weapons already detracts from the genuine gameplay experience.. I can’t believe I’m going to buy the regular edition just to play the game properly. Unless the game asks you before the game if you want the extra stuff or not. It wouldn’t be a problem if there they didn’t inlcude an extra mission with it. It better be available in other ways. They’re really fucking up the SE.. This is not the way to do it.

Agh.. Shouldn’t be spending money, but I need this. Oh, but it’s coming end of the month I see. I’ll reserve some money for this. I’m not going to read reviews, but do they say anything about the benefits of the augmented version? I see you get 10000 extra credits to spend in-game which I find all kinds of wrong.

Monday Night Combat basically is 3rd person Team Fortress.

Which one? I don’t like 3rd person shooters, so Monday Night Combat doesn’t interest me in the least. I don’t have Portal 2 yet unfortunately. I’d love some co-op gaming..

Holy motherfucker! Perhaps MadDog wanted to implement an anti-townie bomb after that Mafia sweep from last game.. Although.. I mean surely someone has an anti-mafia bomb like Marcamillian had in the last game? Nothing much else apart from the massacre, except a new character, and something strange with jayseven..?

I thought the character designs were appaling (in respect to the originals, and the faces, the outfits do look better), so I’m not interested in this (and they’re not even from outer space! :p).
