Biggest "disappointment" of this Direct (overall I thought it was great). I have no real desire for a remake of this game. I can play the original, and that would be my preference, even though this remake is not without its merit. Initial reaction to the artstyle wasn't great. I thought it looked horrible. But it was quickly growing on me. Without context, I can say I like it a lot. Problem is that I don't think it really matches with the game's atmosphere. Or the feel I got from the original game. Don't know how to explain this. This is subjective, what isn't subjective however, is that the artstyle doesn't match the artstyle in the cutscenes at all. That said, it's probably something I'll get over it, like I said, I actually do like it out of context. Again, the problem is I don't see the need for this. This would have been an AWESOME announcement, if the game was completely new. I may get it, but it's not high priority.

@Julius I hope you're ready to update the OP when the time comes, if they have some roundabout way of sharing levels. Could be useful to have a list in the OP later. Anyway, day 1 for me, after missing the first, hope to see you all in this level creation mayhem.

Could be fun in multiplayer if you guys are getting it. Box Boy + Box Girl (26-04-2019) - Likely buy. I have always been interested in the Box Boy games, but didn't have a 3DS. Now's my chance. Super Smash Brothers Ultimate Version 3.0 (Spring) - Already bought. Ehm yeah.. Looking forward to Joker, but nothing else to add obviously. Captain Toad: Treasure Trackers DLC (14-03-2019) - Must-buy. Cool! Looking forward to more levels even if I haven't fiished the game yet! Bloodstained: Rituals of the night (Summer 2019) - Must-buy. Was already looking forward to it. Looks good. Dragon Quest Builders 2 (12-07-2019) - Not going to buy. Dragon Quest Builders 1 demo didn't sell it to me. Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an elusive age - Definitive edition (Autumn 2019) - Likely buy. Never was into the series, but must admit it looks good, so think I'll jump in here. Disney Tsum Tsum festival (2019) - No. Starlink: Battle for Atlas DLC (April 2019) - Maybe. Looks cool, but I don't have the game yet. is looking less likely now, but you never know. Rune Factory 4 Special ("later" 2019) - Unlikely. Was always interested in the Rune Factory games, but it looks a bit rough. Rune Factory 5 ("future") - Maybe. This could be a better option. Oninaki (Summer 2019) - Likely. Looks and sounds cool. I've been interested in the previous games, I should finally buy one. Yoshi (29-03-2019) - Buying. Had already decided, and am looking forward to it. Fire Emblem: Three houses (26-07-2019) - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buying the limited edition day 1. Tetris Battle Royale 99 (NOW!) - Not for me. Dead by daylight (Autumn 2019) - Maybe. Reminds me of another game. Could be fun in multiplayer? Deltarune (28-02-2019) - Unlikely on Switch. Haha that trailer. I have Untertale on Steam but never finished it. If I do, I'll probably get this there. Daemon X Machina (Summer 2019) - Very likely. Was already looking forward to it. Will try the beta. GRID Autosport (Summer 2019) - No. Just not for me. Hellblade: Senua's sacrifice (Spring 2019) - Very likely. Super cool surprise. Have it on Steam, but doesn't run smoothly. Will just double-dip. Mortal Kombat 11 (23-04-2019) - Maybe. Prefer other fighters, but may get it for support and diversifying my multiplayer library. Unravel two (22-03-2019) - Unlikely. I ehh don't feel the same hype some others seem to get? Also no online.. I dunno. Assassing's Creed 3 Remastered (21-05-2019) - Unlikely. Would prefer a port of the latest. It's somewhat cool, but I feel that ship has sailed. Final Fantasy VII (26-03-2019) - No. Chocobo's Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! (20-03-2019) - Unlikely. But I'll look into it. Final Fantasy IX (NOW!) - Unlikely. But I'll look into it. Astral Chain (30-08-2018) - Likely. Cool looking new IP. Hoping for some online co-op action! The legend of Zelda: Link's awakening (2019) - Maybe. Meh. Way to end a great Direct with a downer. Would have been a cool announcement if it were a new game. Overall great Direct.

I suspect all of the functionality has working "legacy" UBB codes, for the same reason I can't directly put HTML in here, eventhough the editor converts it to HTML when actually saving the post. And like I said, the <size> tag disappears, which means the editor takes it, but doesn't do anything with it, so my syntaxt must be incorrect. With tags I just mean the BBCodes. Oh sorry, I didn't realize it didn't display.. I meant the <size=xx> tag, but than with brackets. The fact that it disappeared must mean it'll accept some form of the tag. In the source you can see something should've been there. It still uses them, but doesn't save them like the old forum. I can use UBB tags like normal, most of the time. The one I'm having trouble with right now is the tag. It doesn't work, and I don't know what the exact syntax for it is. I was going to post a big list in the films 2019 thread, and I wasn't going to format that manually.. I also brought up an issue with the automatic embedding before, and I asked for the video tags I think. Or maybe the url tags? But I can get those things to work. Tags are needed to create links like this for example. Automatic embedding gets in the way sometimes, but maybe some update alleviated the problems.

Can I get a list of current UBB tags? They're hidden thanks to the wyigsy editor, and on occasion I'd still like to use them.

I was considering a general thread about new games for Retro consoles (40 Winks for N64 is also getting a release for example), and I still might, but I'd have to create it in the general gaming forum since it would cover more than Nintendo. But for now I wanted to especially highlight this one. I think it looks great, and if I didn't just have an expensive month, I would have pre-ordered already. Alright, pictures of a SD CRT screen look terrible, so I won't bother with the stuff on the SD card! And I even rearranged some stuff. I want Life as a King on the home page, but there's not enough space for it, so I had to move it. On a sidenote: that Metroid: Other M is actually new. I bought it last year together with Red Steel 2. I also only happened to see GameXplain's send-off video just now.. And I was surprised to see MDK 2 on the wiiware shop. Also surprised to see Gradius Rebirth was 1000 as opposed to the 600 I payed for it? Regional differences? Another thing I noticed in their video: the Zelda Skyward sword update channel. I vaguely remember something about this, but apparently I never used it so it seems to be essential only in certain cases. I finished Skyward Sword just fine. But! Since I was checking the shop anyway (my history), and apparently, apart from redownloads, this and the wii u transfer channel are the 2 things you can still download from the shop. So I grabbed it just in case.

The airdate of the final episode is 19-05. Assuming the blu-rays are available immediately after, like the previous season I believe (but unlike the earlier seasons, which all took almost a year to come out), I can start watching them at the start of June, when I receive them. If I do one season marathon in a weekend, I'll have to start somewhere in April.

I may do that actually, more or less, but I have more time as I wait for the blu-ray release. I also don't just watch one episode a day when it comes to Game of Thrones.

I just bought a ridiculous expensive concert ticket for a K-pop girl band! Blackpink! Impulse buy. It was on the news, it's been a while I've been to a concert (last year Little Dragon), and I've never been to such a big concert or one of a K-pop band. I mean, Ariana Grande is coming too (and is way cheaper as well), but I prefer something more exotic.

I have no interest in buying a potential trilogy.
