  1. I'm in, unless i get delayed. Will keep things posted
  2. Even with TTK, it's not going to be a farewell to the older raids (Crota, Vault of Glass). I'm up for doing them just for the giggles really.
  3. Friday evening, for those not raiding or anything, i'm online and happy to join a fireteam to do random shizzle.
  4. I can't do either Friday (because i believe i won't be ready) or Saturday (busy all day and night) at the moment, could change on Saturday evening/night. But this would be a last minute decision.
  5. Growing up is not as i expected it. Back in school, i had all this free time after 3:30pm. Perfect for socializing with friends, hanging out and all that. And all that holiday was great. In the job i had before this one, that hit hard with how little free time i had. Worked 10am until 7pm, getting home around 9pm and having 2, maybe 3 hours of an evening. And i couldn't exactly live for the weekend either, it was a job which rota'd weekends into working. Days off were in the week, and i couldn't do anything as all my mates were working. In that time, many of them settled down, and even though i still talk to them, it's not the same as it was. I understand that, it just makes me sad sometimes. Now, the job i have (it's the same company, just a different department) is much better. Yes it's 9-5:30pm, but i get close to 6 hours free time an evening to do with what i like, and i get to live for the weekends again. Even though i get 20 or so days holiday a year, i earn flexi which adds to that. I can get upto 3 days extra a month on top of the annual allowance. Growing up, it sucks as you learn the hard way that staying in can be "fun" (just like your parents have done for years). But the free time i get, i try and make the most of it. I've earned this job with it's benefits, and i like it. It is scary thinking i had too much free time in school, but i made the most of it and make the most of the time i have off now. But with that comes the responsibilities of growing up, something i've adapted into life (hard at first, but it's normal). And when i've been out of work, it shocked me how much free time i had.
  6. For those in the Solar group, how does 8pm onwards on Sunday sound (as long as i'm levelled enough to do it by then) @Blade @MilaGi @Zell @Deathjam (? or @Dan_Dare) @ReZourceman I would say Saturday, but i'm busy most of the day.
  7. Date and time is good for me, however i may be underlevelled/underpowered still. I'll have to let you know on the Friday, i only just started the story last night and have an entirely new armour which pushed my light to 190. I'll put in a few hours Thursday night and see how it goes. Hopefully by doing the story and some side missions i should make it. I only just unlocked the Arc story mission before coming off last night.
  8. Finally started up again, was invited to do some Crucible and Strikes practically as soon as i arrived at the Tower. Managed to reach Level 37 without doing a lot, and it is weird getting rid of the older gear (well, not all of it as of yet) and getting new stuff to replace it. Not got a new Primary yet, still using my older ones for now. I can tell this will be a lot of fun over the coming weeks and months. Also did that The Legend of You thingy, apparantly i'm in the top 6% of Hive Ogre kills and the top 9% for grenade kills. And my nickname is (according to Bungie on that video) The Surgeon.
  9. As long as everything is in order, i'll be on from around 8pm this evening if anyone wants to start/help with the story on co-op.
  10. Played a few hours last night. It feels like Tearaway: The Directors Cut, not only are there areas of familiarity, but new areas bolted on to add freshness to them
  11. He could probably set a few things in motion, maybe get some changes he'd like in place within them 5 years though.
  12. Probably not, just needs unlocking on Wednesday.
  13. Accounts been charged for the digital edition, i've set-up pre-downloading so it should be ready on release.
  14. He certainly does seem best suited for being top dog at Nintendo, best of luck to him.
  15. That's fine with me @Ashley
  16. Great thread. For me, my Mario memories stretch right back to the late 80's, early 90's. I can't recall the exact year, but for Christmas i got an NES with Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt. I loved that game, played it most of my NES days. Used to play 2 player with my Dad, he was always Mario and i was always Luigi. Such memories of a great childhood. I remember all the times me and my Dad used to fail at World 8, usually at the part with the massive jump as we kept falling just as we thought we’d made it over. That was the start of my love of Mario games, which has ranged across all formats. I've played 17 main Mario games, and many spin-offs including many Mario Kart games, Mario Golf and Tennis. Mario Kart has to be my favourite spin-off series, because it's so chaotic. If i was to name my top 3 Mario games, they would be Super Mario Galaxy Super Mario 64 Super Mario World I rank 64 a close 2nd to Galaxy, yes it was revolutionary in terms of being the 1st Mario game to break into the 3D graphical world of gaming. Yes, it allowed multiple visits to the same world to collect stars, something which has been accustom to many Mario games since. But I chose Galaxy as my favourite because I loved it, the controls were great and the level designs were fabulous. So, so many memories of playing Mario games. They are what bought gaming to me, and i can't help but thank that cheeky plumber for that.
  17. I bit, picked this up on my way home yesterday. I'm in the midst of deciding if i preferred playing Tearaway on the Vita or the PS4, Mm certainly make sure to maximise the features each console offers into their games.
  18. I'm up for it, 8pm sounds good to me
  19. Finished Tearaway for the 3rd time, i love this game. Love the papery adventuring, and how this is probably one of, if not the game to showcase what the Vita can do.
  20. Ok, just popped on. Certainly looks different to say the least, but at least the levelling up is what it should have been all along.
  21. Llllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggg Yeah, bit laggy
  22. Not yet, i'm also getting error messages
  23. Could you leave it plugged in, thus giving it enough power to allow the transfer to go. Charge the new 3DS first though. That's what i did with my old 3DS, before i got an XL. Had to leave it plugged in to be able to use it, because it got waterlogged and damaged the battery charge.
  24. I find the headset gets more hours out of a charge than the DS4 does, usually about 2 hours longer. But the DS4 certainly lasts longer battery-wise than the WiiU Gamepad, which usually needs charging after each play. I think i've only charged the WiiU Pro controller about 5 or 6 times since getting it last year, that's a sign of how long the battery lasts on that thing. Now, if only Sony would make a DS4 with a longer lasting battery, that would be nice.
  25. I should be ok, pending my train is on time this evening.
