I've been starting the Infusion process on some of my weapons, i do quite like them. I did get a Legendary Auto-Rifle with 200 attack and a decent impact. I have infused other weapons with better attack with it, now it's up to 275 attack

Oh, i will. Intend to keep it as my Heavy, i have a nice Machine Gun i'm levelling up to match it, so my light doesn't get affected. I've got 2 days off (Thursday + Friday), will be on and off Destiny over this time. If ya see me on and need help with anything (sans the new Raid) or just want to do Patrols/Strikes etc, drop us an invite.

Scored my first Exotic in the form of Truth (Rocket Launcher), got it on a random Strike (non-Heroic). Light now at 274

Anyone fancies spamming Legendary Marks, get onto Zone Control. It's dishing out 10 marks per match. Edit: It's locked to 30. Also, just reached Light 261 and climbing.

Oh, you'll love it. I went for the first time last year, there is so much to see and do.

I'm up for that, more so on the strike front to get more gear.

Phew, story finished and several quests done and reached 249 light. @Map, i got the quest for "Shield Brothers", popped up soon after the story. I'll give it a go with Matchmaking and see how it goes, if it doesn't work then i'll give you a bell. I got a 280 def Ghost after a random quest, chose it over the armour as i believed it was holding my light back. Certainly was, as i went from 229 to 240 light in seconds. Doing some random Patrol missions on the Dreadnaught to finish up a quest.

Right, so where do we find better Ghost skins. I got one with 170 defense, but can't seem to get one with higher. It's one of the many things holding my light level down

Just been checking i've got everything sorted, then nearly had a panic as i thought i lost my hotel details. Been planning my route, will have to get off the train at Marston Green and walk to the hotel, then carry on around to the NEC. Will take about an hour total (including checking in), so should be by the NEC by half 10(ish) Hopefully will run into many of you over the weekend, if you see me feel free to stop me and say hi.

Not close to 280 as of yet, probably more close to 240 (i'm on 232 light). Which i need to be to unlock/give me a better chance at the Heroic Strikes to get better gear.

Yeah, i saw they were advertising the need to book. I don't know if Occulus will need booking, i've seen nothing as of yet

Ooo, nice. I also put my name down for a potential HTC VR slot on Sunday, have to wait to hear about that one. Probably run into you over the weekend, i'm very much looking forward to going. Apparantly, the Playstation VR slots ran out within an hour.

I loved Starfox 64, great game. I also quite liked Starfox Adventures as well, but not played Command or Assault.

It's a little slower than normal. Just reached level 40 and have a light of 214 (had a random Legendary drop in Crucible, and visited Xur for some guantlets). I do love the bug (is it a bug, i don't know), which allows you to basically replay all the old missions for more XP.

You still get materials, but in greater quantity i've seen. Not sure on the old public events, but the newer ones with the Taken are pretty fun.

That would explain why i can't see them on my screen.

Probably come to think of it. Still, it's bad publicity when they don't bring it South. Yes, they issued some out via email but still.

Going to finish off the mission to get my first year 2 exotic weapon this evening, shouldn't take me too long. Along the way, i'll reach level 40. And hopefully by then, i'll get access to the higher level strikes. Pretty sick of only being able to do the easy ones, the ones with nothing good on loot drops. Anyone not raiding or wants some help, feel free to join me. I'll be on from 8-9pm this evening until late.

I know one or two people thinking of getting Happy Home Designer. An issue i've seen Nintendo do with promoting this, is that they did them promotional cards. But only did them for the north (Manchester, Newcastle etc). Nothing down South for it. As for Triforce Heroes, yeah i feel that would be a Four Swords esq game and won't push too well.

Least i can get my first piece(s) of Exotic armor. Have Bungie left it as 1 exotic armor piece and 1 weapon still?

Apart from Xenoblade, there really isn't anything. I wouldn't say them Animal Crossing spin-off games are going to sell well. This is another reason as to why (i believe) you can't just own Nintendo, too many gaming droughts.

I've got tickets for the Saturday and early entry for the Sunday, went last year and loved it. I know a few other N-Europers going, probably run into everyone at some point. I went last year for a day and a 1/2, thought it wasn't enough time. With Playstation VR, you need to book a slot for that. Which slots going live around 1-2pm this afternoon. Edit: I just booked my slot @ 12:10pm on the Saturday

I wasn't expecting it this year at all, it was getting clear that it was going to be delayed. But as it's been said, apart from Xenoblade and Mario Tennis, what else has the WiiU got for the Christmas period. It's looking bleak indeed.

I don't think i'll reach 280 for raiding, i only just hit 200 last night. But, i did get the new arc powers (which are a lot of fun btw). So probably will sit out this weeks raiding, hopefully i hit it ready for next time. I've also been plodding along in the story, yet to get a decent new weapon (still rocking a scout/auto-combo from year 1). But i have heard that a quest i'm doing at the moment results in a year 2 exotic, so hopefully i'll have a new weapon soon. Just reached level 39, will be level 40 this evening. Then the fun will really begin.
