  1. That could probably be the case with why some developers go bust. Hence why some developers like EA, Ubisoft and Nintendo make smaller games during and after making the bigger titles like Prince of Persia, Mario and Call of Duty in the hope of making money to produce such big titles, but in some cases like Midway these titles don't sell or make enough including the big titles then they end up down the pan in administration. It may also have something to do with too much choice for the consumer, like McPhee said. I never once paid below £50 for a brand new N64 game, last one i bought brand new was Conkers Bad Fur Day at £55. Even No Mercy was £50 itself. It was the cost of the cartridges that probably made these games so expensive to purchase in the first place.
  2. Its going to have to be between Total Recall and Eternal Sunshine. One tonight and one tomorrow. Time to flip a coin for it................ Heads for Recall, Tails for Eternal Sunshine. Flip.... Its........................................... Heads. Recall it is, Sunshine tomorrow. Cheers for the advice.
  3. Awesome. It's a pity my pancakes where microwave ones...................why!!
  4. Choices i have picked Cliffhanger Beverly Hills Cop I Am Legend Total Recall Wild Hogs Hellboy Rocky Balboa Rambo Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Just a small choice i may add, thats what i whittled it down down.
  5. Ummm..........not that kind of movie ReZ, but thanks anyway.
  6. Well, now that you know about Shrove Tuesday its time to celebrate with a pancake. My lent give up this year is..................... pancakes.
  7. Can't decide on what movie to watch later, too much to choose from. Darn it.
  8. I'm making myself an appointment to join the gym tonight for sometime in the week, i've finally got round to making one after a few months. Made it for tomorrow night 6:30pm. Got to have a small medical as such e.g. weight, height, blood pressure.
  9. Now that i think about it more, eat more carbs e.g. potatos, bread (brown) etc between meals. Quite healthy as well and can be turned in muscle as well i think.
  10. Of course, wouldn't be pancake day without umm..... pancakes! Toppings include but not limited to syrup, sugar and lemon, jam, chocolate spread or just lemon.
  11. We had a drinking games night at my local over the Christmas period, didn't go myself as i was too busy as such doing other things. Stuff they had were drinking a yard of ale in x time, the boat race (where teams of 5 had to drink pints as fast as possible the next person couldn't go until the person in front had necked said pint.)
  12. Day has been alright, was a bit sleepy earlier for an unknown reason (lack of caffeine i think). Probably didn't have enough sleep either, and the milk we had was off as well, very nice.
  13. Quite a lot of chips and a few mid-meal snacks regulary. Once these were chopped out, the weight came down. I'm joining the local gym to get myself more fit and to tone up as it were. There is only so much weight that can come off on a diet before the body goes into starvation mode and prevents more weight coming off. Current price for the gym is £30 p/m and that covers the sauna, swimming, gym and most things in the leasure centre except the sports hall stuff inc tennis, football etc.
  14. Probably a good idea this method. I'm in the reverse i wish to lose weight healthly atm. And whatever that burger thing is, it looks revolting and somewhat tempting at the same time.
  15. Had a pretty good weekend. Half spent in the pub, the other half at home or at my mates really. Such lovely weather on Saturday that i was wise and wore a jumper instead of my jacket, wish at 5pm i put the jacket on instead because it chilled so much by then. Finally decided to pop into the local Leisure Centre and enquired about joining the gym as it were. Should of done this a long time ago.

    Pets

I used to have 2 gerbils and a goldfish at one point (a few years ago). Sadly all 3 are no longer with us (aka died). I think the second gerbil died of loneliness after the first died 6 months previous.
  17. Thankfully, i don't watch Saturday night TV anymore. Seriously. All the celebs who do this seem to have nothing else better to do but try and resurrect a career which has been quiet for too long.
  18. I'd have given up after 10 times, same as Raining. Seriously who would consider doing the test 771+ times and fail all the time. And which driving instructor would allow someone to carry on.
  19. Never Back Down Pretty good movie i thought, even though i'm not a huge fan of mixed martial arts it was still a good movie with a good background to it as well. 8/10
  20. That solves the mystery behind N-E being non-existent yesterday.

    GTA IV

Sounds like its one of the best DLC's available. Shall be looking into it over the weekend as from my previous post.
  22. Or state the source of your information thus to avoid potential prosecution. Re-wording it is probably a good option as well.
  23. Had a few good days so far. Bought a new phone on Monday, just gotta wait for it to arrive, which should be tomorrow i hope. Work has been good in the meantime, and managed to get quite a bit done etc.
  24. Bacon and Stilton is the best Baguette i've had. Must include cucumber, lettuce and black pepper. I've had brilliant subways, but i don't think they count. If they do, then Sweet Chicken Teryaki with Cucumber, Jalopenos, Gurkins and BBQ sauce.
  25. Well done for getting out of the relationship, i've had a few dodgy ones like your own before in the past and all of them have ended badly for myself with me being broke usually. The last relationship i had, she didn't take my money she only liked me for me.
