  1. I'm thinking about getting this, may have to trade a few games in to pick up a copy.
  2. Have fun Fresh. Didn't have too much to drink last night, so only got a mild hangover (basically means i can feel a head-ache but it isn't bothering me). Got up around 9am to loud voices coming from next door. Chilling out for 1/2 hour before the club duties at 11am.
  3. I'll give my break-down in the morning, but overall it was slightly better.
  4. I don't want to go into too much detail on the movie, don't really want to spoil it for anyone. I have given some thoughts in the movie thread, but if you want to know more send us a PM. As for the game, the only niggle i've found is the fact that the balancing on the beam(s) isn't like it used to be. Controls can be a tad fiddly (being this is the first SoT style game i've played on a console that isn't a Ninty one).
  5. Just about Summer temperatures down in Wales, and i've been out and got my Summer chop (basically, numero 2 or 3 all over). Britain consistantly moans about the weather, they moan when it's too hot, cold, wet, dry, windy, snowy, foggy etc.
  6. I actually thought this was pretty good to be fair. In some ways, it goes like the game (of the same name). In others, it is far different. They have got the dagger design spot on as well. 8.5/10
  7. Sorry to hear about your cat Mr Murray, i say enjoy the rest of the day in the sun with a few bevvies. Sod work and stuff.
  8. Picked this up for my mate earlier (i'm not much of a western fan). Caused a row in GAME between those who pre-ordered, the staff and the non-pre-order people. There are 2 versions of the game, but the staff only let those who pre-ordered have the special editions today.
  9. Picked up my mates copy of Redemption earlier, and caused a verbal ruckuss between staff and other customers. As i pre-ordered i had a choice of "Limited Edition" or "Standard Edition". An older guy asked for a Limited Edition, was refused as he hadn't pre-ordered but as i had (had the reciept to prove it), i asked for the Limited one and got it (after a member of staff picked it up, and another attempted to prevent me from having a copy (with much fail)).
  10. Had to be done, sorry dude. Once again, well done Flinkster.
  11. If you wish to believe this to be a waste of money, all for you. I for one believe the reviews, especially IGN's. Event they thought this to be a cash-in title for the movie, but it isn't at all. It will surprise you.
  12. Copy of Forgotten Sands arrived today, was all good. Also booked a ticket to see Sands of Time tomorrow Got a half-day to do this as well
  13. Picked this up earlier £30. Giving it a go, pretty good so far. Got some good unlocks inc Eye of Storm, Challenge Mode, Ezlio and various others as well. SoT voice is back, all good i say.
  14. To be fair, it is a good idea. I know stores like to offer second-hand titles to you for cheaper (more money for the store). Ok, some people won't like paying $5 to get online access because they may have payed already for the XBL service already. But in a way, it is more money for the developers as well. What developers should do really is to reduce the cost of the DLC for games. Some of it is way too much for what you get.
  15. It's been fun today. Was busy all day right up-to 3pm. Managed to arrange food boxes to be delivered, got forms signed, sorted the cash-box out for the lunch club, sorted 1/2 the f+v out. Just to name a few things i done. Was able to leave early as well, and have booked a 1/2 day for Friday.
  16. First things first, i'd have to wonder how i came about with carpet sewn to my face. If anyone came up to me with a hoover, i'd become the first person to have his face hoovered. Then i would probably cut the carpet off afterwards. Would get in the way too much.
  17. Havn't taken out a loan in my life, and i intend to not take out a loan if i can help it at all. Don't like the feeling of oweing more money than i borrowed.
  18. If it was a temporary situation, i'd be able to finally work out what goes on in the mind of a female.
  19. Man on the Moon Jim Carrey stars as the "late" Andy Kaufman in this movie showcasing the life and times of Andy Kaufman. All the highs and lows are within. Such a classic movie, one of Jim Carrey's best. I did read somewhere that Jim Carrey pulled off such a great performance that some people thought he was Andy Kaufman himself. This movie features some classic tunes, including this What else can i say, this is a good movie. And one to watch if you are a Jim Carrey fan or just like watching his movies. 10/10
  20. Are you sure you are doing this right??. I know i'm new and everything to this.
  21. A great, great talented man. Will be missed by all metal-heads. R.I.P.
  22. 6.00pm, and no Birthday thread up. Happy Birthday to Coolfunkman (24) and Twozzok (20) who turn respective ages this very day. Have good days (or nights)
  23. Well, thats Rez out of this. 5/10, it got a chuckle from me Listen. Have you seen Stevie Wonder's new wife?? . . . . . . . . Neithers he!!!! I'll get my coat!!!!>
  24. Depending on stores. I've been blasted by customers who have bought items of age restriction, payed for it and when the clerk asked for ID afterwards they told them to get stuffed as they paid for the item and it was too late. Think my old manager told me this a while back as i wasn't sure at the time either. Guess it may vary on different types of shops. Anywho Wasn't a good night last night, well i say that. It was my mates 23rd and it started well (people buying drinks for him etc) until he had a drink which i'm not even sure what it was. It had baileys, alco-jelly, vodka, lime, lemonade, jacks and bacardi in the mix (looked like something that would come up after a night out to be fair). He necked that, then he had 6 1/2's afterwards. He managed 4 before he emptied his stomach quickly into a bucket (spent more time doing this than drinking to be fair). Then the fun picked up more when a group of people decided to "borrow" a parcel trolly and a roll of shrink-rap from the cellar and wrap him to the trolly. It went well for 10 minutes until he couldn't breathe (he did shout this out, and i was telling them to stop). Then he went into a fit, banged his head on the bar and we had to un-do the wrapping to allow him air. He was ok (ish) until home-time, then it was a mega struggle for him to walk. Not because he was drunk (well, not mainly) but because of chest pains. Somehow got him home (thanks to a mate and his car), he was in so much pain i called the ambulance for him. He went to the Gwent, i went home once i knew he was safe. Turns out from what i over-heard and from what he told me that he had a small/mini heart-attack (thats if i read his text corect). caused by vomiting and excess fitting. He seems fine now, just resting for the day.
  25. The door is open, i'll see you there. Indeed, it does too annoy me with quick claims and slow responses. Ok, i think i may have been a tad slow with some previous claims.
