I've got into the habit of lasso'ing them off my horse, hogtie'in them and taking them to the railway. Teach them to nick my horse.

I couldn't agree more. Parents, listen to Lazlow.

Lets hope not, there be nothing that is hated as much as a borked PC. Awesome.

When i'm in single-player, i'm working on the challenges with the occasional mission thrown in. Still need to work on that horse-breaking achievement, probably a good thing since i got the war horse.

Companies can be a pain in the arse, heck they even can't be asked to answer the phone or call back when they say they will.

Spent much of this afternoon (ok, all of it) creaming through Forgotten Sands. My verdict: Well worth playing, easy 25+ hour title (thats inc the challenge modes as well (which take 10 minutes combined to beat both)). The obstacles are challenging, the enemies are alright. Only hard part of fighting is that there can be 50+ enemies on screen at once. It gets an 8 from me.

It gives you 12 game hours to do it in, i managed it in 2 1/4 game hours using a horse (not the fastest one btw). I managed to get to $3,000 bounty, had 2 others helping me (shooting other posse's) whilst i shot the townfolk. Failed when all the posse's came to town and mine decided to "quit". Got 3 or 4 in Pike's Basin (assists), not too worried about "Highest" rank though.

The achievement "Hit the Trail". Easy as anything, you can do it on a flippin Donkey. Just did it now, make sure no-one is after you first otherwise it will be tougher to complete.

I knew there was a name for it, i couldn't remember. Cheers for reminding me of that.

I've had many-a situation like your's Rez, i know how you feel. Had a near-shit night out last night. One of my mates decided to "forget" he had a stag night to go to, funny he knew all about it on Friday and up until 4pm Saturday. Played completly crap in both snooker and pool which annoyed me a lot, then the next game of snooker was taking for-ever (so much so, that i nearly fell asleep). Decided to rid my phone of all the people i don't like/talked to for a long time, get into several arguments all before 10:30pm. Today hasn't been much better. As it is a bank holiday, i decide to stay out for a few more beers in the afternoon after cash-count. Me parents don't want this, so order me home for dinner at 1pm. Then tell me i could have had it later if i wanted to stay out. Wish they'd make their mind up. Was planning a GoW session, but every session i go in i have been booted out (turns out the other players don't like being saved or revived).

£350 back in 1993 is about £500 in todays money, which is what the PS3 started out as. Obviously, i think any console above £300 isn't worth that much money. It always becomes sod's law, you buy something at a high price and it becomes a high price to pay once it breaks.

I don't watch this, Britain always comes last (or near last). Usually because we are crap (cough........ Jemini.........cough). Heard some of the songs earlier, Germany's wasn't too bad this year. Didn't think much of our song though.

Happy Birthday guys, have a good day.

I'm currently working on the challenges, bit stuck on one of them. It's the one where i have to kill and skin 2 cougars using only the knife. The tricky bit is finding the damn things. Same goes for the rabbits, only got 1 more to find via the sharpshooter challenge. They are a good break from the main game i find.

2 in the same day, jeez. Hopper was a great actor, R.I.P.

I've lived in Germany, holiday'd in Italy and France several times. But never been to Spain (main-land anyway). Would these girls be interested in Oktober Fest???, thats some culture from Germany right there. Some good places for tourists to visit in Germany are The Brandenburg Gate East Side Gallery (has pictures painted on sections of the wall, very interesting) Berlin Zoo Berlin as a city has some good night-life, just as long as they under-stand the german sense of humour (which is probably on the same level as Roy "Chubby" Brown on a bad day). There are various museums littered around the city, all of which are personally recommended. Natural History museum is one place, the Art Gallery is another place. If you wish to eat (which is essential), then i can recommend Germany's finest. Bratwurst (must be eaten with curry sauce and thick-cut chips). I do have pictues somewhere, and home-movies. But these are on this thing that was around before DVD, what were they called.............. ah yes, video!!!. If you need more info, i'm sure i can remember it (havn't really been to Germany for 15 years or so, but all of the above places i named are still there.)

It had to be done, well done EEVIL. Joking aside now, 42 is not a good age to die. Too young in anyone's eyes to be fair. R.I.P Gary Coleman. Now you can entertain the lord to your hearts content.

Happy Birthday dude, have good one.

It is a great game for the bank-holiday. GAME in Newport still have PS3 copies. But i don't think that would help you really.

Have to say, at least there is light at the end of the tunnel now. I hereby wish you the best of luck in your interview tomorrow. Had the Police round yesterday, spoke with my sister. Apparantly, there are a few robberies from people's sheds and garages around the area with one of them only being 2 doors down from my place. All i can say to the people behind the robberies is............. little sh*ts

Spent much of the evening on the multi-player again, but i was doing some hunting earlier in the evening. Working on the Survivalist and Master Hunter challenges. Can't do much more on Survivalist, need to get to Mexico. And i'm hunting the Wolf for the other. Had a good session though, formed a posse between my mate, cousin and his mate. Went to capture a gang-hideout, but it was being worked on via 2 other posses. Spent 30 minutes fighing each other over who got the mine-cart to the top. Ended up having an all-out shootout over a horse and carrage as well. Later, we trapped 2 rival posse members in Pike's Basin. (after 10 minutes of them owning us). We ended up owning them, as the game placed them back in the basin everytime.

Here's mine First phone i ever had was this The Motorola MR201 (sorry, only pic they had). Wasn't too good, only good for calling and texting (thats because that is all it ever did). Lasted a while, and it was my first phone as well. Had it on Orange. Next, was this Nokia 3310 (who didn't have one of these). Had it 2nd hand from my Dad after he bought a new one. Best feature was Snake II (awesome game). Ringtones were mono (compared to today, pretty crap. But in the day, they were awesome). 2nd phone with Orange. Next was this Nokia 3510i (i did have the 3510 for a bit, only difference was the 3510 was black and white screen and had mono tones still, 3510i had colour screen and midi tones instead). Was a good phone, basically the same as the 3310, just with a few more features inc internet. The 3510 was on Orange (3rd), but the 3510i was on Vodafone. Next was Nokia 6230 (and 6230i), the 6230 was a phone i had off my Dad again, only for 2 months whilst i saved for the 6230i. Improved phone, had MP3 features this time and Wifi/3G Internet available. Same for the 6230i (both models had changeable covers as well). 6230 was on Vodafone (2nd) and the 6230i was on O2 (1st) Next was The Nokia N95, my first Pay Monthly phone (rest were PAYG). Had this on 02 (2nd and last), was probably the best phone i've had until it dissolved. Had sat-nav, improved games, real music ring-tones, 3D sounds the works. O2 spoiled my fun with this, insisting i got insurance (which was never honoured) and always over-charged me for everything. Was glad to get rid of it and O2 as well. My current phone is this Model up from the N95, more robust and stable that the last model. I returned to Vodafone (3rd) with this, got a great deal with them as well. Only pay £30 p/m for features. Contract is coming up soon, so i gotta decide what to get next. And that is a history of my phone(s), mainly Nokia phones as you can see.

Xpert 11 Season 13 (The Season of Hope and Change Reports)
Jimbob replied to Haden's topic in General Chit Chat
I got Drew McCartney leaving at the end of the season, he wishes to retire at 29!!!. One of the best Recall players as well, great scorer. Ah well, have to find a new striker next season. And everyone else wishes to remain, all good i say.
