This will be a "straight to dvd" project. Which will go straight into the bin if i had anything to do with it.

I've had many occasions where i've been wiped out by something which doesn't look like it could do a lot of damage, can't remember the cave i was in but it had 2 magic-skilled falmers and some mechanical thing. Took me a few tries, and i did it (just)

Ok, my spelling isn't as it used to be. It wasn't much to begin with to be fair.

But....., this could be the last chance for us all. You know, with the world ending as such. As Rummy mentioned, London seems to be the traditional city. It's central-based, so easy access from all major routes. We could have a meet set-up in another city, but it could prevent/make it harder for members to reach. And, we will need to make alternative arrangements in the case that rain prevents the play-out of Plan A. I know a few people (*cough* Rummy) were annoyed at the confusion and not having a solid back-up plan that didn't consist of us squashing into a small, already full cafe. Or into a tunnel under a busy road, with additional company consisting of doggy do-do and a duck. And if an alternative city is required, may i suggest Cardiff. It's on the main line, has an airport with good links via public transport. And has nice park areas.

Indeed he does, it was very enjoyable that night. I look forward to playing it again. And, i am considering a 3DS purchase once i've upgraded my phone. So even i may be in on the Mario Kart 7 sessions.

End of June, sounds good to me. As i mentioned in my earlier post, i'm around on the Friday. There is a reasonable B+B near the park where i tend to stay the night before, close to the tube (central line). Can't say much about the breakfast though, so i recommend checking out before brekkie. So i'm up for a small meet or something on the Friday, if you like museums that is. As for the Saturday @Goafer, if there is a spare place available in your planned posse of you, Rez and (potentially) Danny then count me in as well. It was great that night with the balderdash'ng. I guarantee this year, i won't get that drunk again and end up being ill upon the floor, if so i'll pay the damages. The hostel we stayed in was pretty good i thought. I'm all up for Sunday activities as well, so whatever suits everyone really. So yeah, have to sort a date out asap so i can book it off and make the necessary arrangements for travel etc.

Having not played Dead Space 2 (not into the whole genre to be honest), i can only comment on the remaining 4 titles. From what i have played of Generations (via a demo and round at a mates house), it is a fine Sonic game and shows that Sega can still make them good if they put their minds to it. Arkham City, Gears and Skyrim are all worthy titles for the year indeed.

Indeed, this is a bump. Bought it a few months back for a couple of quid, played it a few times. Now it sits in the wardrobe gathering dust next to the greats.

One of my mates is really into flight simulator, to the point where (and i have witnessed it) he flys to different airports and makes a log of each flight on a notebook. I reckon he would be interested in this.

To be fair, any date is fine for me. I've loved every meet so far, that i'm determined to go to the next no matter what. The way work is atm, i don't give a monkeys what they say anymore. They have a rule for one, rule for another and a rule for others. I will be in London the day before the meet (i like museums), so am available for a drink upon the evening. The offer is open to all.

First loss of the season as well, was expecting another draw. Ah well, these things happen.

The wind and rain in Wales is terrible, well more wind though. Had a really bad storm overnight which bought a tree down on the railway. 2 cancelled trains later, i'm back at home on a days leave. If i stayed at the station, who knows when the next train would have arrived. So called in and took a days leave, better than not being payed i guess. Edit: Gets worse if i did try to get in, i'd have a 2 hour train journey into Cardiff.

I can see the final episode appearing on a next gen console, at the rate Sega are going at the moment.

What song(s) are you really into at the moment?!

Hooked on these two songs -
@Retro_Link. The empire pledges to exterminate them all!! Nice idea. In no particular order L.A Noire This game had the promise to be awesome, it started off well but it soon became stale and repetitive. To the point that the driving was that boring, i let my partner do it all. - Worth a shot Gears of War 3 3rd in the series. Multiplayer is fantastic, story is a great end to the franchise. - Recommended Batman: Arkham City Loved it, great story and awesome line-up of characters. Pity some should have been used a little more, but still a great game. - Must Buy Assassins Creed: Revelations 3rd and hopefully the final in the Ezio series. An improvement over Brotherhood. Multiplayer is better, pity the maps are smaller than before. - Recommended Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Do i really need to go into detail, awesome title - Must Buy Forza Motorsport 4 4th in the series, this time with added "Top Gear". Which includes the TG Test track, various events including "Bowling". All TG events voiced over by the man himself, Clarkson. Overall this is a better game than the 3rd, more choice of tracks and cars. - Recommended WWE 12 A brand new, built from the ground up title from THQ. New controls which work when it suits the game, graphics which look the same as previous, if a little worse. It seems whatever THQ say, take it with a pinch of salt. - Worth a rent The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword An excellent title, great story and one of the best Zelda titles i've played - Must Buy

I don't really warrent a list of movies, only seen 2 new movies this year. Which were Conan and Mr Poppers Penguins. I only saw Poppers out of curiosity, and saw Conan with a few mates. I suppose if i had a Missus, i would have seen/saw quite a few other movies. Both the films i saw were pretty decent though.

Twas out having a few beverages. The price of alcohol these days does bother me, when i can purchase a pint for the same price as 4 tins that is when i'll stop going out. At the moment, pint of Carling around my area is £2.50. 4 tins for £4. I go out for the social really, and where i were yesterday it had the social. And good music as well.

I'm all for playing sessions with the community. Anyone fancy a session tonight, i'll be on from around 9pm.

I really ought to stop being so nice this time of year.

Another draw today, anything is better than a loss to be honest.

This short-cut, where did you say it was going again?
