  1. OK I sorted out the list a bit, moved Trauma Centre and Eledees out of the TBD section too despite neither of them having solid release dates yet, but surely they've got to be out soon! I still don't believe how many titles are down for the 30th, looks a right mess. I'd understand if we were going to have so many games every month but it really doesn't look that way at the moment so they should spread them out a bit! Anyway thanks to everyone for the suggestions / info, keep it coming! : peace:
  2. I was pretty surprised when it got to 02:15 and saw a pic I made!
  3. Helpful. OK then, anyone else?
  4. Well it's certainly sounding a lot better after reading that, Cheers. Now if someone could just answer my question about the music (whether or not you can turn it off) I'll be one step closer to reconsidering the game.
  5. And I'm guessing they don't take out the bad guys too, right? What about the music, is there an option to turn it off? The vids on the official site seem to suggest you can.
  6. Hmm... A lot of conflicting views here. I decided I wouldn't be getting this after watching various videos of it in action, gameplay wise it comes across as very clunky. It appears to take ages for sonic to pick up speed and the forced movement looks a bit annoying too, but the thing I really don't like the look of is the jumping / attacking enemy's. This jumping up, kind of floating, and then charging into enemy's from that position looks like it totally kills the flow of the game, I wish it was just like the original 2D version whereby you jump but keep on moving forward at the same time and not lose any speed. Would people with the game agree with any of that, or have I completely misinterpreted the way it plays via the online videos? The only other negative point for me based on gameplay footage I've seen is the soundtrack, really bad considering the early Sonic games had such cool music and Sonic Rush was pretty good too, (plus no SD feature to help it out like Excite Truck) can the game be played with just the SFX?
  7. Hilarious! And I completely agree those visuals fail on both an artistic and technical level, in fact they just fail 100%! To be honest though I really couldn't care less, as I didn't buy a Wii for this generic 3rd party crap in the first place. Now this stuff on the other hand...
  8. Cheers Owen. Made those changes to the list, still not too sure about all of those games for the 30th, looks a bit too packed! Guess we'll just have to wait and see, ey?
  9. WooHoo!! I've S-Ranked Mirror Mode!! What a great game, and there's still VS and going for TT's / Stunt high scores which will keep me playing this for a long time I reckon. Gonna be extra fun too with the last unlockable I just got...
  10. Well if that does end up being the case I reckon they'll lose a lot of customers! I know we're only talking about an extra day here, but that is basically the only reason why I use Gameplay (it's not as if they're the cheapest out there). If they stopped sending out games early then I'd probably just use Amazon or Play instead.
  11. That is embarrassing.
  12. Typical ey? I'm not getting this, but it's still disappointing to see Gameplay drop the ball. Hope it's just a one off, I get pretty much all my games from them.
  13. They should have explained to her that she should be pointing at the sensor bar. Nice TV though. Love the retro style cartoon character holding the Wii Remote too!
  14. OK, the Leaderboard is now up!: http://www.n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12852 : peace:
  15. Cheers. : peace:
  16. Still got a long way to go before I completely S-Rank Mirror Mode, so I've kind of put that on hold and started TT'ing this game now. Yeah I know, it's not exactly the best game for Time Trials what with the lack of a dedicated TT mode and no option to race without the CPU trucks, but it's still fun nonetheless. Plus if you race on Excite the CPU trucks aren’t exactly much of a problem. Anyway, I'm putting together a Leaderboard for the High Scores area which will include both Best Times and Best Stunts. I hope that all the Excite Truck fans will check it out and post their records once it's up and running. Will probably be in the next few days, I'll post in here though once it is. As with my previous leaderboards, photos of results will be required before any records go up on the list. It’ll be nice to get some friendly competition going in this place again, rather than all the messed up shit that's been happening recently.
  17. Loving the look of this title, I wish there was some more information about it though.
  18. Damn don't say that, you're making me want this game too much now. Must... resist...
  19. Hehehe! That's Quality!
  20. Dammit! Still no Super Mario Kart. Mystical Ninja is a good game though. Yeah I got that one when I downloaded the Internet Channel. I wonder how many variations there are?
  21. I watched a few videos of this the other day which got me kind of interested in it, but I'm still really enjoying Excite Truck and DKRDS so I've got no plans to get it right now. Might try and bargain bucket it though later on down the line.
  22. The gate challenges were probably the most difficult thing to S-Rank because you need to be really accurate to make the gates (especially as they get smaller) and fast so that you get enough extra time to add on to your score at the end of the run. Once you memorise the layout of it though it makes it a little bit easier, same with the ring challenge too as it always stays the same. I found the crush challenge to be the easiest out of the 3.
  23. I Finally S-Ranked Super Challenge Mode! Here's a pic of the unlockable you get for it:
  24. Same here! Funnily enough I found Diamond to be pretty easy to S-Rank in the end, Platinum Canada gave me the biggest headache by far. I'm gonna focus on Super Challenge Mode again, those gate missions are evil! I also noticed today that Nintendo forgot to change the year on the title screen to 2007, I bet they left it like that on purpose actually, just to remind us that we should have got this game at Wii launch!
  25. I hope it'll be a new version of Space Channel 5! It'd be perfect for Wii.
