Nintendo Entertainment System Releasing in Europe in 1986, the NES was the console that helped repair the video game industry after the 1983 Video Game Crash. It's no exaggeration to say that it's one of the most important consoles in Video Game history. The thing deserves a lot of respect, in part thanks to the extensive library of games that are now considered classics. But which ones do you like? I quite like this idea. If you don't mind, perhaps I could start a thread tomorrow kicking this off? (With credit going to you, of course) Maybe with the NES though. Virtual Boy is far too nuanced for the filthy peasants around here. I guess we should run it by the rest of the staff though.

Yeah, that did strike me as weird. Apart from the warping glitch, DX is just a better choice of game. If that's the case, then I guess I can overlook it... ...this time. I've been on a bit of a roll with 9.9 runs today. 4 out of 6 runs were successful. Messed up with Lucas on Round 6 (I knew I would...) and I was so close with Olimar on the final boss. Shout out to @LazyBoy for inadvertently making me more annoying with Sonic yesterday. The CPU's just can't handle those Down B combos! So thanks for that! So that's 15 out of 45 now.

I'm starting to think @Dcubed is my personal horrendous luck charm. Two weeks on the trot, eh? @RedShell But the absolute peak of ridiculously bad luck has to go to...

Reports going around that people are receiving their Gold Point winnings now. You guys should check your e-mails while I quietly cry in the corner because I couldn't win one game.

StarFox Guard is a spin-off title in the StarFox series that was originally bundled with the WiiU title StarFox Zero back in 2016. It was originally revealed as Project Guard during the 2014 E3 presentation before having the StarFox IP put onto it. It's a Tower Defense game that tasks you with protecting a series of bases from robots (Of which none look like any kind of toy you might have seen) using multiple security cameras with weapons equipped to them. The game is a test of your multitasking and observation skills as you can only fire one cameras weapon at a time which makes pretty good use of the WiiU Gamepad. March's Game Club game of choice is one of those quirky Nintendo side projects that I'm sure we all love and honestly, it seems some of you haven't even opened your bloody copy. So, we need to fix that. Don't worry though, you can get a digital version if you missed out on the physical one. StarFox Guard is available on: WiiU

I think I'll need to upgrade my "Silly Escapist Game" from Hyrule Warriors to Tokyo Mirage Sessions for tonight's vote. To be honest, I'm a little scared.
