And nothing of value was lost. In all seriousness though, the less big franchises exploiting the free to play market, the better. Now if only Pokémon Company would follow suit...

Bayonetta is the last one, in case you can't be bothered to clicky. And I say 83 because I'm including the 6 future fighters in there. Sheik is one of the characters I thought I'd never pull off. She just can't kill quick enough for me. Real chuffed with that. Still can't even break 9.0 with Zero Suit Samus though and I doubt I ever will.

Anyone doing that Zeraora raid event? I've been trying to get into one, but can't find it anywhere, and any I try to join are immediately filled. Is it an Isle of Armour only thing? EDIT: Ah, complaining on the internet, always works!

Friend Codes, Fruit, Trading and Photo Thread For Animal Crossing
Glen-i replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
So I've been going on about Cranston, but during the past month, he's been getting more... Unhinged... He's gonna murder me at some point. And I'll be the only person to get an ending in an Animal Crossing game. -
Super Mario Maker 2 challenge - June challenge has started!
Glen-i replied to Sméagol's topic in Nintendo Gaming
OK, played all of them. Sorry @Sméagol, couldn't finish your level. It was a really valiant attempt, but your level has the same recurring issue that most "Metroidvania" style levels have, the time limit. It's deflating figuring out where to go or what to do next only to realise that you have nowhere near enough time to carry on and you're gonna have to do it again. Your use of checkpoints were quite clever though. Props for that. @RedShell, I was surprised to find that you were the only person to use the Frog Suit, felt like such an obvious tool to utilise. Maybe the other two thought it was too obvious? Lucky you, I suppose. I particularly enjoyed the downward gauntlet. Felt just right with the level of challenge without being too frustrating. But my vote has to go for @Dcubed, if you told me that he would recreate the feeling of playing Balloon Fight in Mario Maker, I'd dismiss that as too mental. He couldn't possibly get that close. But he nailed it! Loved the Balloon Trip section, you've somehow used the odd hitbox of munchers to your advantage. Which is nuts! -
Well, that's worrying. Stupid question, but just covering the bases. Do you have a physical copy of Sword/Shield and if so, is it in your Switch right now? Also, I'm not entirely sure if it's relevant, but do you have a Switch Online Account?
-
Ah yeah, seperate console? Fair enough.
-
All I know is that if you use online features in any way, it'll automatically pause any downloads you have going. Why do you want to pause it?
-
Will be there in around 10 minutes.

I don't even water my own flowers and you want me to water yours!? The cheek of it all! What time are you opening?

Yep, that sounds like typical Paper Mario to me. Badge Points were the best stat by far. -

Yeah, I've got the mechanics behind the wedding photos figured out. As I suspected, they only care about some of the wedding theme stuff actually being in the room. So you can take some real liberties with the photos. -
I second @londragon's seconding of Bottom. It's completely stupid. Expertly crafted stupidity.

In your profile pic. Ask a stupid question...

I've been at this for over 6 hours, I'm not gonna bother with anything other than the bare minimum. Massive thanks to @BowserBasher for picking up the slack (and @viceview51 for the couple of moments @BowserBasher missed) Next League Night: 25th June 8pm Room 1: @BowserBasher is host @Glen-i @BowserBasher @martinist @viceview51 @S.C.G

That's what's so intriguing, that's never happened in two games of Smash DLC. It would be a first and could possibly open the doors for plenty of characters that didn't quite make it into playable status (Waluigi, Isaac, Dillon, Bomberman, etc.) The closest we've gotten is an Assist Trophy being promoted to playable in the next entry. (Charizard, Little Mac and Dark Samus come to mind) As a person who thinks every future character in Smash is a benefit to the game's already amazing roster, having the doors thrown open to 30-ish quite well known characters (and Dillon) without waiting for the next entry is exciting. But in the end, if a curveball is thrown and it's not Spring Man? That's cool. I'll still do the inevitable N-E Smash up where everyone is encouraged to play as that character while they're fresh and everyone is still learning how they work. I'll still get my money's worth by giving the kids that I play Smash with more choice. (Well, obviously not at the moment...) Also, you could totally replace the Spring Man Assist Trophy with Springtron instead, you could get away with that.
-
You might have to update the software, both on phone and on the Switch. That's what I had to do.
-
It's both hilarious and sad that Ninty need to point that out. That's Smash for you.
-
Not just you. Geez, think of yourself much?

This is such a weird announcement. All sorts of contradictory points for a lot of ARMS characters. Like, if it's Spring Man, why bother being so secretive about it? And also, he's already an Assist Trophy, how's that going to work? Quite a few of the popular characters from that game are already spirits as well, that's gonna be weird when you finish Classic Mode with them, are you going to get another spirit that's the same JPEG as one you've already got? I don't think the rest are noteworthy enough to be the first ARMS representative in Smash. Some people are saying it'll be 8 different characters, kinda like Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings, which is fine in theory, but it'd be weird to leave Spring Man out of that batch. And Twintelle doesn't even fight with her arms, so she'd need different animations compared to the others. It doesn't work quite as well as the Bowser Jr. situation. I honestly have no clue how this is going to go down. I hope it's Spring Man though, not because I particularly like him the most, but because the assist trophy blockage needs to be destroyed so I have another hope of Dillon getting in. Gotta keep that dream alive! (And also, I'd get 2 points in the prediction thread)
