My problem with WarioWare is that it's got demonstrations to show you how to set up before you hula hoop or pogo. It ruins the pace that the other games had. 5 second mini game 5 second demo.. repeat. That's why I'm not getting Wario.

Part of me thinks this is Animal Crossing. 1. EA develop Animal Crossing in the Maxxis studio in America 2. the Sims is not as popular as Animal Crossing.. why would Japan get an exclusive? 3. I don't see the English words "EA" or "the Sims" anywhere.. not even a "Will Wright" perhaps suggesting this is not the Sims. Who said this is the Sims Stocka?

Animal Crossing diluted the Sims formula. It made it more of a pleasure and less of a chore. I don't want the Wii version to become more of a chore just because the Wii has the ability to emulate a mop. Leave that to the Sims.

No, it's the opposite I think. They're trying to market Wii as the only gamer centric device.. just as the iPod is the only music centric device. When you hear people on the news, on websites.. radio.. they don't say mp3 player. They're all saying iPod. (except on the BBC where they get in trouble for all the props they give to Apple when whoring their podcasts) they're told to say generic fruit based mp3 player now. Just like people used to say "wanna play Nintendo" or "wanna play Sega" because the brand was so monodominant it resonated completely with the idea of gaming. Say iPod and people will think music.. Nintendo wants people to say Wii and think of gaming. They're ambitous.. of course we know that other brands have established themselves. The market has diversified. iPod's advantage was it was first to hit the 1,000 song barrier and affordability.. Nintendo has hit the game barrier and Wii is affordable.. they're on their way.

Batallion Wars is technically second party I think.. but if it's Nintendo's answer to Halo.. and probably our only only shooter then I'll give that a pop.

I think he imagined a speeling error and is taking the piss? Either that or he mispelled it himself and is criticising me because I think a week is not important in the big picture. We have a bad working culture in the UK.. we spend far too much time commuting, working and on average a person only has 2 hours of pleasure time in a day. In Europe people work much less, there's more public holidays and in general people work to live.
