That site for Metroid Prime gave 9.7/10 and 9.8/10 for Resident Evil 4... 8.1/10. Just have my fingers crossed for some biased people to give the game 9.8/10 bare minimum now...

        :nono: :nono: :nono: :( :( :( You realise what this review has done and how difficult its going to be to get up to the original ratio it was prior to this review score? ... If this game remains below Resident Evil 4, I will be shattered... I may just never ever play or have any remote interest in another game ever again... This games very likely to fail now (as in it will not make the top 5 on gamerankings.com, its now in danger of not even in being in the top 10 and being in extra failure territory with Gears Of War in the top 20)... In the current position its in, if it doesn't move, it'll be satisfactory I suppose as its achieved my BARE MINIMUM personal minimum benchmark of expecting it to surpass Resident Evil 4 with average review score.

This is an interesting thread in the sense thats its informing us Wiiless people about something subtle yet of some importance, but there is already a thread for these sort of posts. LINK: http://www.n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5345&page=6 In light of this, ultimately i'd have to say... LOCK THREAD.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0257001/ 3.7/10, from user reviews. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068646/ The Godfather still ranked the number one movie of all time I see... On topic, heres IGNS review of GT PRO Series: http://wii.ign.com/articles/746/746542p1.html

I don't buy games for continual support of multi platform games, everyone else does that, I buy games for EXCLUSIVE third party game support, the best current example is Red Steel. Despite the poor review scores, i'm still buying the game as its a Wii exclusive and i'm getting it in an attempt to incent the developers to create more "exclusive games" not multi platform games as for me its a waste of money, no value, no reason to buy something that isn't unique.

Resident Evil 4 (1.55 million) <-- For 1.5 million people, no but for me personally, yes it was due to the circumstances prior to me getting close to purchasing the game, it was unfortunate timing really...

Indeed I did... But suprisingly I didn't when Twilight Princess was given 8.8/10 by Gamespot, was more shocked than angry, my original 8.8/10 prediction ended up becoming a reality with one editorial review score.

Wii Play Billards vs Monkey Ball Billiards, which will be better?

Generally the two golden rules to getting games for me are high average review score and 100% exclusivity on a Nintendo console i'm willing to get games that don't score so well if theres a good reason to get that particular game (E.G. Red Steel Nintendo desperately needing third party support for Wii), but i'm very strict on exclusivity, in fact for the GCs life, i've only purchased a multiplatform game twice, once by mistake (Viewtiful Joe but porting to PS2 on the part of Capcom made me sell my copy of the game), the other time on purpose for a particular game feature being Game Face for Tiger Woods Golf which I was a little disappointed with. RE4 is ineligible to be part of my collection as it got ported to PS2 and a few pages back in a thread, I described the time when I was about to purchase RE4 and I heard the terrible news of it losing its exclusivity, ultimate betrayal courtesy of Capcom, and due to that vowed to never play or own the game in my entire life ever.

30 review scores for Twilight Princess are now in, currently the game is ranked second with average review scores behind OOT and verification of this with 20 review criteria is as follows: There seems to be an error with the list though, why the heck has Resident Evil 4 on PS2 sneaked into the top 10 again, it has the same average ratio as Half Life 2 yet has a lower voting average, consequently, it has to be below Half Life 2 and be 11th not in the top 10. I will not allow this to be the case, RE4 already has a place in the top 10, RE4 PS2 should not be there due to what I stated above, its a mistake. I am going to report this to gamerankings.com so they fix this up. Evidence of the error is below: Also what i've been mentioning for a while. Resident Evil 4 created such buzz, an unprecedented amount of reviews and votes were placed for this game, if you look on the voting average rankings with 20 review criteria, this game clearly is number 1, no game is gonna knock this game off for a very long time, Twilight Princess won't generate these sort of votes or amount of review scores. 109 reviews with an average of 95.9. Is this game really technically the best game of all time? I say no because this was just the workings of fans compiling every single review they could possibly find, I could do the exact same thing with Twilight Princess searching for reviews everywhere and over inflate the voting average and average review score with hundreds of phony accounts, just like whats been done here...

Nintendos "reactive" stance on the console is to blame for the average games, not the third party developers. We won't be seeing any great games on Wii until at least the end of 2007 (great as in higher than 9/10 review scores where the game very original and utilises the potential of the Wii mote really enhancing the way we play games for the better, gamecube port that is Twilight Princess excluded).

I remember playing through Mission Impossible and beating the game 100%. I have a tendancy to sit through mediocre games and completing them 100%. Currently I am working on completing all 360 objectives on Kirby Air Ride on GCN.

This actually does a better job of promoting Wii than Nintendo themselves.

Has this game really already succeeded in terms of unit sales with just its single release in the US to justify a sequel?

Is there any true Golf simulator in development for Wii?

What ever happened to this game, only released in JAPAN? I smell an opportunity for a novelty remake on Wii... LINK: http://cube.ign.com/objects/675/675005.html -
I actually for a moment considered getting this game at one stage because of the exclusivity at the time, but it went onto PS2 as well, so no purchase and also average reviews had it scoring below 2/10 which is WAY too low for my liking.
-
No purchase from me if this is the case. If 100% Wii exclusive, i'll get Red Steel 2 as well as the 1st Red Steel game, but have the expectation like everyone else that this game surpasses its predecessor in every single way, better utilisation of Wii remote controls showing true potential of Wii Mote, better graphics, sound, longer game, online/LAN capability, more weapons, more locales, better AI, more unlockables in both multiplayer and single player campaign, cooperative play.

Anyone wagering Happy Feet to be the surprise HIT launch game being the highest scoring kids game, even surpassing Twilight Princesses review score on Gamespot?
-
Wouldn't affect me either way...
-
3/4 people, assuming 2 million consoles are sold by the end of 2006, thats 1.5million copies of the game sold approximately, not bad for when its released in all regions.
-
Summary: Decent gameplay mechanics, terrible visuals, thats the impression I got from reading the preview on IGN. My score prediction, 6.7/10.
-
This looks to be what Pikmin was to GameCube, except for inferior review scores.
