It stings for me too because now I feel old. I always vote but I can't remember it actually making a difference because I've always lived in safe seats so I tend to throw a vote to a smaller party just because. My current seat (although boundary changes etc) Labour is predicted to get 80% of the vote so it does feel pointless. Was thinking recently that I have no idea what my local MP does. I think given their safety and the fact they're in the shadow cabinet means they don't really bother. The only time I've had some "interaction" is being sent some letter about bins which seemed to be more about some beef/power play with the local council. The only time I see her name is when it comes to party stuff. Compare that to my previous MP who was at least more active, although I do appreciate that was when I was using Twitter so was seeing more of what they were posting.

Oh yeah I'm not watching any of it. The thought of watching any of those "debates" feels like torture.

I think he thinks people are having to choose between things right now, rather than having no choice but to give up things including essentials such as clothing, dentistry and hygiene. He's so fucking out of touch.

Yeah I don't think there is a direct correlation between guests and speed. There may be an indirect one (i.e. if the server itself is being hit hard then more guests won't help) but I don't think its a case of more guest = slower.

Only tangentially related but when I was in Japan last year I was using it to scan menus and was quite shocked at seeing "bukakke" before remembering it's actually a word there. But as to your actual point, it does look like a charming laid back kind of game although I'd never be able to play a game based around fishing personally. Would be nice to have more of these.

Trying to outsource this a bit by asking others to keep an eye on things. Was looking at my laptop earlier and it was fine and I very much doubt it's about device type but flagging it up in case someone else wants to verify. Also just noticed we currently have 212 visitors online apparently and truthfully I never look at what that is typically like but wondering if that could be being detrimental (or at least not helping) so if anyone is experiencing it going slow mind have a look at the number (bottom of the forum listing) and letting me know?
