The Treaty of Everlasting Peace between Scotland and England was signed on May 28th 1503, which lasted a whole 10 years. James IV of Scotland was also married that day.

Jordan. In actual fact Jesus did live. The romans were in power then and people have found records of his crucifiction on roman papers.

mine is 14th October- anniversary of The Battle of Hastings

 

Highlights of my birthday:

1843 - A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens, is first published in England.

1984 - The Sino-British Joint Declaration, stating that the People's Republic of China would resume the exercise of sovereignty over Hong Kong and the United Kingdom would restore Hong Kong to China with effect from July 1, 1997, is signed in Beijing by Deng Xiaoping and Margaret Thatcher.

1997 - The film Titanic is released. :mad:

1999 - Portugal transfers sovereignty of Macau to the People's Republic of China.

 

They day we gave Hong Kong back being my actual birthday, but China do well on my birthday it would appear.
