Except they're not saying they'll stop it now, they're saying they'll stop it on jan 15th, and the schedule isn't even out that far. Normally I'm the first to call troll, it just seems they've written a lot and been very sincere about it.
So with that being said, Dattebayo will be dropping Naruto Shippuuden permanently on 1/15/2009, which, interestingly enough, will probably be around episode 91. This is not a joke or a troll. The staff voted in favor of it, and I've notified the international groups.

 

I know the FAQ says that if we dropped Naruto for real, there would be no announcement, but I don't think that would be very cool. You deserve more, and we deserve more.

Shippuuden was super, fast paced and exciting, gots to love Hidan's laugh. XD

 

Hidan is probably my fav Akatsuki, at least in personality. His constant screaming and "WOHOO!!" are so fun. The man must really love what he does.

 

And damn this episode was so god damned awesome! As good or better than the 100 puppets one. It was non-stop from beginning to end. Kakashi and Shikamaru were awesome too.

 

But I'm with Shorty on this one about the DB subs. I don't think it's a troll this time because there have been official confirmations from Crunchyroll already.:(

But I'm sure other subbers will get it up anyway. At least, I hope.

It's in times like this that I would love to know japanese. The RAW would be the only thing I needed.

 

Thank fuck, though, he was quite vague about the spoiler. So I now know what happens, but not that much of it.

 

It's that specific spoiler that's keeping me from watching it. I really didn't want what happens to happen.

I tried but it keeps lagging every frame. I found some rips for download if your interested. Not sure if I'm allowed to post them here?

 

Side note: Amazon has shipped my copy of the second Zelda volume. Should arrive tomorrow hopefully.

Just watched what's released of Toradora, and holy shit is it cool. It has potential to be up there with Lovely Complex if they carry on at this pace.

 

I Also, just finished reading what's translated of Histories Strongest Disciple Kenichi and it is fucking awesssomeee.

Funny how they all got well matched, byakuya and his speed with that guy that specialises in sonido.

 

The espada that gathered all the info on the intruders and the head of information place in soul society

 

and fiery kenpachi with that loose cannon (espada #5) who both seem to rely on strength and sword.

 

And those guys that have been cleaning up after battles, against the healing squad 4 captain and vice captain.

Toradora is a romantic comedy,as is Lovely Complex.

 

Lovely Complex is also one of the greatest animes ever.

 

 

Histories Strongest Disciple Kenichi is a shonen (i think that is the right term) manga which is probably on par with One Piece in terms of comedy and epic.

Hey! I bought the 1st volume too. Would have bought more but they only had one at amazon UK. I'm going to read it next weekend probably.
