Is Marmite addictive?

It's iconic, it's more British than roast beef, and you ALL know the slogan.

I eat Marmite on toast at least once every other day. However, I have to admit, I don't actually like the taste of it, in fact, the only reason I like eating it is because it makes me feel a small amount of elevation.

Is that being addicted?

Does anyone else get Marmite craveings?

Oh and on another note, is it healthy?

Marmite is extremely good for you, it contains Yeast extract.. which is an exceptionally good source of many vitaimins and minerals including B vitamins.. great for vegetarians as meat is often the only sufficient source of B vitamins in the diet.

I like it.. in moderation though, I don't eat it every day.. but I am a vegetarian so I just take multivitamins as a top up instead.

Think it was the waste from the beer brewing process originally

If it was they should have left it there.

Personally i think it tastes and looks like what comes out of my ass.

I'd go see a doctor if your shit looks anything like marmite.

'The Marmite connoisseur Lesley Dusart suggests that marmite can be used as part of a gravy and also suggests a recipe for the perfect marmite on toast:

Toasted bread

Lots of butter

Thin layer of marmite

(This can also be applied to cheese and marmite sandwiches) '
