Posted August 8, 2013 I take it that in a few years we'll see mini versions. Pokémon that fit in your hand or can dance on your fingertips. But Damn! Blaziken's Megaform looks absolutely stunning! and got to love the Megaform of that yellow sheep of which I forgot the name (デンリョウ). Simply looks like a rockstar :3 Mega クチート looks like the stuff of nightmares. Lord, o lordy. Why is Pokémon so awesome. It always gets me to buy the next installment to go on a quest again and relife my childhood, only to find out that it's not quite the same as it used to be when I was 10. Posted August 8, 2013 Feels a bit...digimon. But we'll see, maybe it will be cool. Maybe. I thought Newtwo was his personal choice to change his form, so what about the rest? Or is there some kind of genetic engineering storyline going on now?
Posted August 8, 2013 Loving the megavolutions. I seriously cannot wait for this, can't remember the last time I was this excited for a pokemon game! With this and Wind Waker HD October is looking good
Posted August 8, 2013 Loads of dangly floaty bits. So that's what happens when a Pokemon takes too many Mega Punchs.
Posted August 8, 2013 Wait so these are confirmed now? Does every Pokemon get this? Seems odd that only Blaziken (out of the starters) gets a Mega form. Abilities just sound like their Dreamworld abilities?

Posted August 9, 2013 These megavolutions just seems to add more hair. It might be very fun and engaging, but I'll wait to see how it works.
Posted August 9, 2013 Will they have their own entries in the Pokédex? Perhaps this is the result of some Pokémon being near some nuclear plant.

Posted August 9, 2013 (edited) Then Game Freak shouldn't use the prefix "Mega". Speaking of: Edited August 9, 2013 by Ashley
Posted August 9, 2013 Then Game Freak shouldn't use the suffix "Mega". Speaking of: Why? Because the West uses the word Mega for the Digimon Ultimate form?
Posted August 9, 2013 (edited) I didn't even know they did (I think I saw one episode of DM when it came out 15 years ago). It's just such a trite prefix that I mentally ascribed it to Digimon. Edited August 9, 2013 by Ashley
Posted August 9, 2013 Requires a Mega Stone (which isn't obtainable in game?) for the Mega Evolution. Confirms a Torchic event.
Posted August 9, 2013 And also confirms that the Mega-Evolutions can only be used in battle and thus temporary.
