Once I watched Dexter and couldn't figure out why he was suddenly so concerned with making his victims look pretty instead of chopping them up and throwing them into the sea. But when the kid was shot, that just took me by complete surprise. They really are throwing these people further and further into despair. I don't normally see shows do things like this, I think it's really interesting and actually puts a feeling of danger because anyone could die next. I really liked the episode.
