ReZourceman Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I use Twitter http://www.Twitter.com/ReZourceman ....I assume thats it. Just started using it again yesterday, after not using it for epic loadz of thyme.
Happenstance Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I do use it but rarely for posting, mainly just reading other peoples http://twitter.com/happenstanceuk
Pantsu Man! Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I use it for generally following others, like Major Nelson, and other websites for news if I'm not at home.
Deathjam Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 http://twitter.com/Deathjamm Just created an account yesterday.
timypeg Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 www.twitter.com/timypeg i rarely use it to post i no one decent is following me, so i just use it for updates from people
Shino Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 My dad asked me what's a Twitter. It isn't cool anymore.
Paj! Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I have one that I got as I wanted to know what everyone liked so much about it /to follow Tori Amos. I found nothing good about it so I haven't logged in for about 2 months. It just seems shit and silly.
Pantsu Man! Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 My dad asked me what's a Twitter. It isn't cool anymore. I saw a book in HMV about twitter. A book. It was pretty much the Help option plus a few things you could find on the internet. Which you would do, because to use twitter you need to be on the internet, also I don't really want to know what a Twaddict is... because it's kind of obvious.
Gizmo Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I fear the "ddic" in the middle of that phrase is somewhat redundant.
ReZourceman Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 To all the haters ; It has good uses, like film directors updating interesting things happening on set/posting exclusive pictures etc. that will find their way to other sites. But still.
Daft Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 A poor craftsman blames his tools. Twitter is only as good as you make it.
Caris Posted July 2, 2009 Author Posted July 2, 2009 Best comment ever made on the internet right there.

Paj! Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Yeah, but Daft writes that joke rpg/horror story thing on twitter, which is stunning and subversive of it's supposed true intent. I hate the ones where it's like "Guys, anyone know where I can find better value coffee than Sainsburys?" or "I just did a massive shit!".
ReZourceman Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 "I just did a massive shit!". Why don't you follow someone more interesting than Tori Amos then?
Paj! Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Why don't you follow someone more interesting than Tori Amos then? *the madonna face gif* I do know what you mean about directors/actors updating on movies and such, but I'd prefer to read an occasional blog, than constant twitterings.
ReZourceman Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 *the madonna face gif* I do know what you mean about directors/actors updating on movies and such, but I'd prefer to read an occasional blog, than constant twitterings. Fair enough. I thought the 140 characters of twitter would be more your liking as you can't even make it through a short article.......(referring to movie thread)
Ashley Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Twitter has its uses. Prior to my holiday it was useful for finding resources, impressions etc and during it was handy to have Tokyo expats I could fire a quick question to.
