Olympic Gamer Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 You seem to have 4,294,967,295 posts...what the fuck. sauce
Tellyn Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 He also appears to be banned. Something crazy's going down.
Mundi Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 I think this a testament to the fact that it dosen´t matter how often you post, it´s what you post so that people notice you. I know, I am not that stupid
Supergrunch Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 He was Harribo... not sure about the post count thing.
Emasher Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 He also appears to be banned. Something crazy's going down. When I tried to go on the forum earlier today there was a database error, could that have something to do with it?
Supergrunch Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Guys, shut up. This would be moved to questions, but I only have control of general chit-chat, though that doesn't stop me infracting you.
MoogleViper Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 How come he is banned? Why not just delete the account?
Supergrunch Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 How come he is banned? Why not just delete the account? It's standard procedure to ban rather than delete accounts, so that all the banned member's posts don't vanish, which can make threads confusing.
Fierce_LiNk Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Also, Evidence. Anyway, is there really any point to this? Nobody really looks at the post count, and nobody really has since the C-E days. Thought you would've known about that, O_G.
Tellyn Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 When I tried to go on the forum earlier today there was a database error, could that have something to do with it? Kombo was down, and since they host us that brought us down too.

That'd make sense, but when I first visited the image gallery, I noticed this: Post by user Ray Falling. Account deleted, post remains. There may be something different with this case, apologies if I'm wrong.

So, you'll find that all your old posts still remain.

I think Ray Falling requested to be deleted. (so did dynastygal, but the ban overrode that)
Fresh Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 How come he is banned? Why not just delete the account? Deleting accounts removes the posts made by the user. Posts which may have to be used for other purposes. Having a "graveyard", keeps the posts for reference.
EEVILMURRAY Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Guys, shut up. This would be moved to questions, but I only have control of general chit-chat, though that doesn't stop me infracting you. Because of a small remark regarding the site being down earlier. Touch a nerve?
Supergrunch Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Because of a small remark regarding the site being down earlier. Touch a nerve? No, I deleted three posts. I don't really have any reason to get especially worked up if the site goes down...
Ashley Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Yes hes gone. Post count, chalk it up to randomness, nothing to see here. These are not the droids you're looking for. etc etc etc
Shorty Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Because of a small remark regarding the site being down earlier. Touch a nerve?Do you think we get offended if the site goes down? the n-europe.com hosting and domain is not our durisdiction. In fact, if the forums go down, all that means for me is a break.
