Shino Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 That happened in the books? The reversing thing with the character's name? God I hate those books...
MoogleViper Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 We don't but if he is lying we'll know who to lynch tomorrow. Can anybody remember anything from HP namely Deathly Hallows that will help me reverse this taboo/curse? Grindlewald Godric Griffindor
Eenuh Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 We don't but if he is lying we'll know who to lynch tomorrow. Can anybody remember anything from HP namely Deathly Hallows that will help me reverse this taboo/curse? Grindlewald Godric Griffindor There is no way to reverse it. At least not as far as I can remember. Also, I'd like to hear more from either Cube or McMad before I cast a vote.
MoogleViper Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 There is no way to reverse it. At least not as far as I can remember. Then I'll apparate away. *pop*
Hellfire Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 I have a theory as to why Ashmat was killed. He was the only one to say You-Know-Who's name, we know that there's some type of taboo on it, and MoogleViper has said his name already today. Perhaps You-Know-Who can instantly kill those who say his real name? I want to hear from McMad today. I think that being able to instantly kill would be way too overpowered, but he can certainly do something.
Tellyn Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Priori Incantatum, the Reverse Spell Effect?
MoogleViper Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Priori Incantatum, the Reverse Spell Effect? That only shows the last spel to be used. How about Harry's invisibility cloak? And what spell did Hermione use to disguise Harry's face? And is dobby around?

I searched the thread, and Tellyn, Ashmat, Moogle and Dyson all said it, and Haggis quoted it.

I searched the thread, and Tellyn, Ashmat, Moogle and Dyson all said it, and Haggis quoted it. Oh ok I should be safe. (Although I bet he has info on me) Well then it's likely to be cube who killed Ashmat.

I searched the thread, and Tellyn, Ashmat, Moogle and Dyson all said it, and Haggis quoted it. I'm thinking it's the first person to say it in a day that gets killed, but I'm not sure. Moogle may well be at risk though, and if he dies tonight then we know what not to do in future.

The fish Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 It looks to all add up so I'm going to say: Vote: McMad
Tellyn Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Thanks for your concern. I don't know if that was sarcasm, but I don't want you to die.
Oxigen_Waste Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 I was lucky to be nearby when the incident between the mysterious protector, the dog, and what I'm guessing is a Nazi-character firing the gun at the protector occured. I have good reason to believe the moustached german screaming about Auschwitz and firing the gun was McMad. Vote: McMad So, give us your reasons then. I'll be more than happy to vote then. I'm thinking it's the first person to say it in a day that gets killed, but I'm not sure. Moogle may well be at risk though, and if he dies tonight then we know what not to do in future. That sounds a bit supid... "the firs one to speak my name dies"? Nah... it doesn't make sense. Besides, he couldn't kill people by hearing their name in the book, he just knew where they were... He probably gets some intel on them.
Tellyn Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Gaggle, who were you targetting when you got intel on McMad?
MadDog Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 I don't think you will die if you say You-Know-Who. Maybe he get intel on you??
Oxigen_Waste Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 "Gerade dankbar seien sie gehen zu Auschwitz nicht" Anyone have any idea what this means?? I used this translator and got this: "Straight ones gratefully are not them go to Auschwitz." But I don't think it makes any sense... so... anyone who knows german?
Slaggis Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 So what evidence do we have on mcmad other than gaggle saying he's bad?
MadDog Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Just gratefully they would not be go to Auschwitz Thats what i got on one translator
My Buttons are Magic! Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 i have no info on mcmad - the only info i have is on coolness bears and darksnowman - but it doesnt seem wise to divulge yet
Ellmeister Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Hmm some weird stuff going on. Did anyone get anything from that CSI thing? I'm going to hold off voting for now. I don't want the majority to be reached without anyone having a chance to defend themselves. A ice beam shooting dog? First thing that comes to mind is a pokemon :S

Oxigen_Waste Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Well Hitler hated gays and Rokhed said something about jayseven being gay. I don't think the "straight" thing has anything to do with gays... and jayseven has to write vertically... What protective man or freezing dog has to do that? But that's something...
Shino Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Google translates it to this: "Just be grateful if they were not going to Auschwitz" Which makes more sense.
gaggle64 Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 How do we know we can trust Gaggle? Consider that if I'm wrong, good or bad, my ass is likely to be grass by sundown tommorow. *crosses fingers*
