Only problem is I feel like half my soul (energy) has left me in the morning. But when I was a bit younger I felt like a complete tw@t everytime I did it. But ironically I found it impossible to go without it for a week. When you don't do it, don't you feel a bit more energetic? I find I rise from bed much easier and have a sort of spring-in-step optimism for the day.
