Posted August 8, 2009 There should be a difficulty selector like the one when you start Resident Evil, when you originally start your life. Mountain Climbing and Hiking modes. So, you choooose your difficult. There should also be options to "up" the difficult when you reach certain points. So, if eet's too easy, you make eet more challenging. Posted August 8, 2009 Today was both epic and shit. But mainly epic. The win: Me and some friends spent 7 hours or so trimming a female friends garden. The pubic hair jokes were enough for a great day, but tearing a garden full of weeds to ribbons and smashing various wooden structures to splinters really sealed the deal. Then we had a BBQ to celebrate our destruction. The fail: Seems my twattish female coworker had been out drinking last night and was in no fit state to work, so naturally I was candidate number one for her replacement. Queue texts asking me to cover her shift on my day off. I said something along the lines of "cant, I'm clearing out a friends garden", to which she asks if I can do some of the hours. Yeah, because the first thing I want to do after cleaning out a garden for 7 hours in the roasting sun is go into work. Then come home, check Faceache and see her status: "*NAME* is ill but do work give a shit? No. On my own 'til ten. In a fit state to work? No." Enter a bunch of spackers piling on the sympathy for something that is entirely her own fault. I'm not saying I wish she was dead, but if she did have an accident, my mood would definately go up as opposed to down. It's always something with that fucking job. I almost missed the NE meet because my boss had given me the day of the meet off, then discovered that the other night shify guy had booked that night off and he then needed me to work it. Yesterday apart from being the 7th wheel then the 5th wheel, was great, I enjoyed it and it seems my planning was a success, even saw a job advertised in the graduate, a pub I used to go to quite often. Posted August 9, 2009 (edited) Had an amazing time last night at the traction rally thingy. Absolutely packed to the point of it being uncomfortable in places, but the presence of alcohol soon got rid of this minor annoyance. One of the girls I was with was totally drunk, but tried to disagree by saying "I'm not! I'm...like a gazelle *wobbles*...on a mountain top. Steady *wobbles* and sturdy". I actually died, couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard. Then, at one point she lost me, and I just heard her going "Can someone help me, I've lost my gay". I died again. Genuinely thought I was going to get attacked by a gypsy at some point, some of them were utterly terrifying. (That sounds utterly harsh, but it's totally true). The night before was also awesome amounts of fun. Just went round town with some friends, and ended up enjoying it a whole lot more than I assumed I would. Quicker than Flink, Dan Dare or myself could make an Arnie reference out of something. Was a big fan of anal despite not having tried it. Then as soon as he got a girlfriend he grounded down, and when enquired about anal he told me he had done it with his missus and it didn't seem he was as enthusiastic over it as when it was a mystery to him. My days have been pr0. Was out last night with the missus to attend her aunt's birthday. Shitload of relatives, proper fish outta water moment for me. But I slammed on the Don Charm and got through, then we went to the casino and I lost about 40-50 quid. This morning I woke up a little early and watched The Breakfast Club, a mega-pr0 film. Then I went back to sleep and dreamt I was starring in a rendition of The Breakfast Club, such quick inspired dreaming has never happened to me before. Went for lunch in bungalows and bears, saw the same couple that I saw the day before, freaky. Then decided I'd had enough of my room and cleaned it, took forever, I always get like this, I get real lazy and then once every month I clean it top to bottom, cnacelled on going to the park with jayseven etc because I'm knackered now and just want a break. Took it easy yet it's come back and flared up worse than before, as it now hurts to move it whereas it only hurt when weight was put on it. Not nice but just typical really. Perhaps I need to go to the doctors over it. Should also get the 'always tired and not eating thing' seen to as well. Hate doctors :p Not really. They're just so patronising. Have been doing writing for most of the weekend. Trying to get the remaining games reviews done asap because I'm going to the Edinburgh interactive entertainment festival on friday/saturday so I'll be away and plus I just need to get it out to road so I can breathe a little easier.
