The fish Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 OK, I'll admit it - I was wrong. There is a god. And his name is Jose Gonzales.
thirtynine. Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Album: Jamie T - Panic Prevention I doubt its possible to be more wrong. In fact I'd rather Haggis had his way than this.
Roostophe Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I doubt its possible to be more wrong. In fact I'd rather Haggis had his way than this. I'm sorry, but it appears that I don't care. *twiddles thumbs, hums and dah-dee-dahs*

Roostophe Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Well.... one person on the planet has to like him. Who? Bob Hoskins? Look, I know the Mario film was diabolical, but that's no reason to hate him!
thirtynine. Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Jamie T pre being signed Live with an acoustic bass = Great. Jamie T with a band after selling out and being a generally bellend = Shit.
triforce_keeper Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Music Video - Kate Nash - Foundations Track - The Secret handshake - Summer of '98 Album - Jennifer Lopez - Brave
DCK Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Album: Neon Bible by Arcade Fire Track: The Pretender by Foo Fighters/3's and 7's by Queens of the Stone Age (hard pick) Video doesn't matter, and I stopped watching MTV this year. I spent most of the time catching up grunge this year, so I don't have much stuff I've listened to this year to pick from.
chairdriver Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Track : Declare Independance - Bjork Album: The Con - Tegan and Sara Don't watch many videos - I don't know.
thirtynine. Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Track : Declare Independance - Bjork That track is amazing. Its definitely up there with my top 10 tracks of the year.
Slaggis Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Msn have finally put up the Avril Lavigne Roxy Theatre Live Acoustic Performace online. They've been changing the date for weeks and have stopped any pics being shown on the net too which became really annoying. She sounds amazing (on Aidia). Anyone who says she can't sing live is just being ignorant. She sang a couple of covers, Adia and Knocking on heavens door (which she played acoustic/sang on her own on stage)., aswell as quite a few of her own tracks old and new. This is why I became a fan of her in the first place, all the little acoustic sets she used to do were awesome and this was just like back then.
triforce_keeper Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I heard that Avril Lavigne's tour concerts aren't selling.... They say she might have to cancel.
Slaggis Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I heard that Avril Lavigne's tour concerts aren't selling.... They say she might have to cancel. That was on perezhilton.com or something I think (who then sent it round the web saying he's confirmed it's true). It's a lie, Sony gave a press release confirming it was. That guys website really is utterly terrible. btw, who is Jamie T? I have no idea at all.
chairdriver Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Her voice isn't amazing. IMO for a female singer of her fame, it's mediorce, verging on poor. Still, I like her.

I'm not talking about all the time, I mean on that song, or if you know what I meant then ok. --- I just searched Jamie T in Youtube. I'm not sure what to say. It wasn't as bad as some people seemed to make out.

Or maybe he was mistaken? And yeah your right, I must have gotten it from there, I that site XD

And yeah your right, I must have gotten it from there, I that site XD lol I thought you might have done:) . He seems to have grudges against certain people, one of them being Avril (she actually called him and asked him why he said so much crap about her, and he posted the conversation on his website), and love other people. He makes up so much crap I really don't know how he gets away with it. I mean, hasn't he been sued about a million times? *sorry for going off the thread topic for a second*
Ellmeister Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Why was my post deleted :S I didn't do anything wrong.
Roostophe Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Jamie T pre being signed Live with an acoustic bass = Great.Jamie T with a band after selling out and being a generally bellend = Shit. Who gives a shit about a musician selling out? Why does it even matter?
thirtynine. Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Who gives a shit about a musician selling out? Why does it even matter? Well, he seemed to come across as the type who had princables due to his mixtapes he gave out at shows and stuff, also, when i said sell out i mean let a record company tell him what to do and then ruin the only things that were good about him.

Oh...so bloody what?
DomJcg Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Oh...so bloody what? It's like when Carl Barat hands out different cds he made at concerts, each one different, if the company said stop doing that and he did, some fans would see that as like selling out

Slaggis Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 *Shrugs* May sound bad, but who am I to care? I actually agree. I mean as long as you still love the music, then who really gives a rats ass?
