I remember asking the staff once what meat the 'meatball' was, and he replied "What?" =S

Fields Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I can't believe anybody eats those meatball things from Subway. If fact, I can't believe anybody eats Subway full stop. Far better sandwiches can be obtained at much better prices.

True, but the only other place near my school when it comes to lunchtime is Sainsbury's, and sometimes you want something hot. Subway is over priced, there is no denying that...money-grabbing bastards...

When making future sandwich purchases, may I suggest consulting this handy guide?
Happenstance Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I usually only get a subway on a thursday so I can get the italian bmt for 1.99, they are just so damn tasty!

I disagree with their Sainsbury's Chicken and Bacon review (I had one today, it was beautiful), but otherwise, they seem like a good, accurate site. Nice find.
Happenstance Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 They dont seem to think much of a lot of my favourite chicken and bacon sarnies!
Fields Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I have a major issue with their review of the Waitrose BLT. I purchased one recently on the back of their 5 star rating, only to be sorely disappointed. There was way too much mayonnaise

Hellfire Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 20 € for a relatively rare game, doesn't seem bad
Guest dynastygal Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I saw that in GAME today...I XD'd in real life...

Guest dynastygal Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I used to eat the veggie pattie a lot thinking it was suitable (I was told by an employee that it had no eggs or milk in it after being asked)...turns out it had and only the Australian veggie pattie is suitable for vegans. ¬¬
Wesley Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 So I can't post my latest purchase because it's my girlfriend's birthday present and she might see it. Shame, because I don't think one has ever been posted in this thread. Oh well... I bought some food shopping today.
