  1. You have to create a new account. You can't register multiples of the same console onto the same account.
  2. Smash Run is bloody fantastic... That is all
  3. Play Asia are selling the Australian New3DS! Now I've just gotta wait and see whether or not they're pulling any shenanigans with EU game compatibility...
  4. Heh, that's the very first thing I did as well (well, after turning tap jump off of course ) BTW, even after my experience with the demo, I have to say that I swear that it's way too easy to knock people off the stage! It feels like there's hardly any off screen space at all! Also, I know that these are small things, but I really miss how the trophies used to show what game each trophy originated from (and the corresponding release date). Considering how they've bigged this up as being The Histoy of Nintendo, it seems really weird that they cut that out (screen space/resolution issues? Perhaps they just couldn't squeeze the text into the space they had?). Likewise it's a bit weird to see it have to switch to a seperate screen to show your results after each match, instead of just zooming into your character and showing your stats; kinda breaks the flow a little bit. Also I was a bit disappointed to not see any little character video clips when you finish Classic or All Star mode Always loved seeing those in Brawl and Melee as it added an extra layer of gravitas to the whole thing. Hope those little touches make it into the Wii U game (what with it obviously having much more disc space and resolution/screen space to work with). Otherwise it's great! Ike is a total beast! (they actually made him pretty speedy and didn't downgrade his damage dealing capabilities! He's a monster!)
  5. I think it's safe to say that he's talking about the 3DS version in that context. He's not going to be talking about the hidden unlockable content from the Wii U version before it releases BTW. If we don't get a release date for it in this month's Nintendo Direct, it's not coming out this year. End of.
  6. Mega Rayquaza is blinging
  7. Looks like the US is making October Castlevania month on the Wii U VC... Dracula X this week, Circle of the Moon next week and then Harmony of Dishonence the week after... Gee, I wonder what game will come in the last week of October... Come on NOE, give us all 4 in time for Halloween!
  8. Not for me, since I'm not at home anyway :p Course I could've just taken it with me to spare you the torture, but where's the fun in that?
  9. THE WAIT IS OVER!!! well... When I get home from work at least :p
  10. And a fun game it is too. I remember going out of my way to max out the score counter in the GBA version that was included in Wario Ware MM
  11. So far it's just them. Supposedly they're supposed to be starting to allow other retailers to offer the codes as well, they mentioned something of sorts a few months back, but so far? Silence...
  12. I have. You'll get the code a day early, but it won't work until the eShop updates at exactly 23:00 GMT on Thursday (it's always perfectly punctual, on the dot). We've known about that for ages and as far as I'm concerned, it's a change for the better. Each character gets more fleshed out and there are no loading times for when the characters are swapped out (which could get extremely bad in Brawl - really, Brawl's loading times were terrible across the board, but it was even worse when swapping characters because the load times could vary wildly; making it very difficult to judge exactly when you'll actually finish switching - often even leading to deaths as you plummet off screen before switching in time!)
  13. OMG! A Starfox stage that doesn't just have you fighting on top of the Great Fox, or on a Battlefield clone!! It looks amazing too!
  14. What can I say? I LOVE Virtual Console! Like, something FIERCE! (When the games I actually want get released of course :p ) Going off of memory I have about 30-35 NES games (thanks sales!), about 20 SNES games, about 18 GBA games, about 30 Wii U eShop games, then my retail games and demos. So... yeah... I can see myself filling up 300 menu icons before this generation's end... (My 3DS is already dangerously close to skirting that 300 icon limit - it's at around 250 - though again, that includes a sizeable amount of demos, downloadable trailers and a few apps that I don't really need) My US Wii managed to narrowly escape the limit of the SD Card Menu too (that was 240 icons IIRC - think I got up to around page 10 or 11 of 12)
  15. Yup. No complaints at all with how Nintendo are handling DLC so far. Their games already come very much complete and the amount of content you get in their DLC packs is just incredible for the price you pay. Even Hyrule Warriors (a 3rd party developed game, from a developer/publisher who is notorious for absolutely filling their games with worthless garbage DLC in the Warriors games) has DLC that offers insane value for the pittance you pay!
  16. Oh! So that's why it's so faint in that pic! That's pretty clever, but he should've posted a far away pic as well to demonstrate how it works... Tsk tsk Sakurai :p
  17. I do wonder if it's perhaps a bit TOO subtle on Wii U? I can imagine missing those outlines in the heat of battle...
  18. Oh snap! It IS a brand new full size map!? Insane! (and this is only 1/4 of the full lot of DLC!?)
  19. Damn, 300 icons is still the max you can on the Wii U menu at any time? Was hoping that they'd up it when they added folders... (currently at 169, but that includes demos and crappy apps like Youtube that I can get rid of if need be...) Really don't want to have to start swapping HDD's, just to get more icons on my Wii U menu during its lifetime Yeah, servers are undergoing maintenance, so all you can do is wait.
  20. THE FUCK!? That came out of nowhere!!! FOLDERS!!! AT LAST!!! Oh thank God! My menu was already up to 10 pages!!! This was so badly needed!!
  21. Some of them will be free though, while some of them will be paid for...
  22. Feeling really antsy for some arcade gaming goodness so I splooged on a bunch of arcade games for my Wii, PS3 and 360 that I still needed to pick up, including.... US Wii (all Neogeo VC) Shock Troopers Shock Troopers 2nd Squad Ironclad Spinmaster Top Hunter Magical Drop 2 (already have MG3 before you ask :p ) Metal Slug 4 JPN Wii Pulstar (Neogeo VC) Blazing Star (Neogeo VC) Puyo Puyo Tsu (Virtual Console Arcade) Mr Do! (Virtual Console Arcade) PS3 Virtua On: Cyber Troopers 360 Mushihimesama Futari Espgaluda 2 Dodonpachi Saidaioujou Now to turn to my trusty Tatsucap arcade stick and revel in some classic arcade goodness!
  23. It's possible. I have had Shopto deliveries come on a Wednesday before... I reckon that they'll probably hold out for a delivery on Thursday though, since this is a high profile game with tons of people buying it, it'll probably take a bit of time to process everyone.
  24. That delivery was surprisingly quick! My Kirby TD OST is already here! Have they improved their delivery times in recent times in general? Cause I'm sure I remember deliveries usually taking around 2-3 weeks before...
