Yup! Those save files that you will never revisit are precious! Gotta have all four slots filled to completion! Not even gonna lie, I'm just as bad :p
-
Saves do not copy over and yup, you will have two copies of the game - one on the Wii menu and one on the Wii U menu.
-
PAL version of PM as expected... Sigh... Guess I'm sticking with my US Wii version then
-
Arguing over whether or not they will show 2016 games is pointless because you're both almost guaranteed to be right... ... Because a fair few of the games announced for 2015 will probably end up getting delayed till 2016 anyway

Nice shirt! Qwertee always do some really nice ones Anyway, I finally got me one of these bad boys... (Been wanting one for ages and I've finally got the money for it!) An Alienware Alpha (i3 model - they bumped up the price of the i5 one and the slight performance boost wasn't really worth it :p ). Took out the included 500GB HDD and replaced it with an SSD (and put that HDD into my bedroom PS3). Runs current gen games better than a PS4, is completely silent and is just a bit bigger than a Wii. The Alpha UI also works a treat for living room use! It's fantastic! Well chuffed with it! Runs everything I throw at it with no problems at all Got it hooked up with a 5TB USB HDD and have it coupled with a PS3 to act as a Plex media server. Works perfectly! Very very happy with it! Would recommend it without hesitation!

Codename: S.T.E.A.M. - Strike Team Eliminating the Alien Menace
Dcubed replied to Serebii's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I'm getting it (Shopto have shipped my copy), but yeah, sadly this game looks to end up being a forgotten little gem in the 3DS' library... Much like Valkyria Chronicles ironically enough! -
Maybe we can make our own N-E League version once we find out the games/rules of this new one? Might be good fun

Where's my EU NWC!? How is it a World championship if only Americans can take part!? Not fair!
-
WTF is going on!? I hope that this is just some sort of mistimed prank that was supposed to be part of the upcoming E3 plan video...

You can play the whole game in co-op but TBH, it's kinda boring with the way they've implemented it. It's a bit like SMG's co-star mode. The 2nd player basically plays as an onscreen cursor that can fire at enemies but can't be hurt. It's pretty dull since there's no danger for the 2nd player and it just makes the game much easier for the 1st player. It's basically there for someone to help out a player who's not very good at the game

Dragon Quest is most popular in Japan, ergo, a 3DS version makes much more sense :p

N-Europe Summer Meet Up 2015 - Saturday 15th August
Dcubed replied to Goron_3's topic in General Chit Chat
Hey there! Room for another? I'm definitely off on July 25th, but I could probably book August 15th off at work if need be! : peace: I'm cool with anywhere in London really :p -
Oh, a bit more info... ... Supposedly it runs better on New3DS than the original model (30FPS VS 60FPS) and it looks like it's gonna be called Stretchblox/Stretchmo over here...
-
Looks like NOE are going with localised versions of the JPN adverts... Probably for the best, cause I don't see kids lining up after seeing the US ones! Good lord! Who thought it would be a good idea to keep reminding kids that they're kids!? They want something aimed older than they are!
-
It's not really F2P, it's a demo where you can buy the rest of the game from within. Anyway, it looks pretty cool with the new stuff they've added like enemies and such, but I'm really not itching for yet another Pullblox game right now

Told you guys that NLG's new game would be a Wii U Punchout! Gotta give that Little Mac Amiibo some use
-
I hope that they have something in mind for removing the weapon limit... Better make it hard to obtain weapons, or make them very limited in quantity, cause otherwise it feels like they're taking away layers of strategy... ... as for the Pheonix mode? my God! That just seems insultingly easy

Brilliant! Classic Steve Mayles design! (and the name is classic Rare! )

I am indeed out this week. Make us Ludwig fans proud!
-
Mega Man Zero 2 and Mega Man Battle Network 2 this week.
-
Well it's a positive sign that it's still undergoing consideration Let's just hope that they make the sensible choice now... Considering that they're the last holdouts of region locking, there really is no excuse anymore...
-
Lol! That's true enough, but you could always let them go first and then just follow afterwards (that's what I ended up doing - I found myself covering the backs of my teammates whenever I started off or Super Jumped; and then would split off after about 5-10 seconds of covering them).
-
So kill them from within the spawn point shield, or if you can't, have one player lure the opponents out and then the other two swoop in through the ink after him.
-
The team spawn point is protected though. They can't damage you until you set out, so you could just pick the three players off from the spawn point itself.
-
That was AWESOME!! Paint Roller is so OP! I love it! The motion controls work so brilliantly! And the Super Jump mechanic really does a great job of getting players back into the game, while solving the age old problem of spawn point camping! It's genius! I love the way that you can hide in the ink and then spring a surprise on an unsuspecting inkling! And the way that you can Super Jump into the action and shoot someone in mid air as you drop in on 'em! And the whole travelling in ink mechanic makes the traversal so dynamic and interesting! It's great! (the detailed map on the Gamepad is really great too - the best players will definitely be keeping a close eye on the Gamepad screen to see where the opponents' ink has been placed and getting down to removing it ASAP!: We ended up cornering the opposing team into a corner after covering most of the map as we all lay in wait inside the ink, just picking them off as they dared to venture towards us ) It's fast, fluid and fresh and I want it now! I've not enjoyed a shooter this much in a long, long time!
