  1. Gorogoa is a beautiful experience while it lasts, but Gris is a boring, pretentious walking simulator. There are sections where you are literally holding left for minutes, nothing happening. Looks nice in places, but also has jitters in frame rate when more happens. As you can tell, I didn’t get on with Gris at all. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Just bought. Looking forward to starting it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. I’ll probably be picking this up. I am a little worried about the price tag, £34.99, putting some off and the user base being quite low. That said it is Overwatch and should do well enough, plus you get 3 months of the Individual Online subscription in the package, whether bought physical or eShop. Date of arrival is bad timing, but a good FPS is needed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Mine is in transit/delivery. Considering the distance, shouldn’t get it until a week Tuesday. But if anyone is interested in playing a little, like@Smeagol says, download the trial version and I’ll drop my buddy code here, and playing times when I get it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. They could release Nintendo Land, and I’d love them too. But the GamePad differentiated games, like Mario Chase would have to be marketed as online only, or multiple Switch games locally, like those 2 games from Super Mario Party. I’d love to play some online Mario Chase, etc. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. As long as you register you copy via the Nintendo Points program on the Switch before Jan 31st, you'll get a Piranha Plant DLC code email to you.
  7. Ahh, you were Chris. It was the others first try, so they didn't stay long. I play quite a lot at that time, so hope to see you again.
  8. I have it under good authority that’s exactly why@dazzybee doesn’t frequent anymore. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  9. Buy a second one. [emoji6] Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah, I reviewed it, and loved it. It is an extremely linear 2D platformer, in the vain of MegaMan, but the controls and the level design is fantastic.
  11. The Wii U version won’t get any updates anymore, and doesn’t support the touch screen for item management, however, the Switch version receives all updates and has parity with all other consoles and PC. Switch is definitely the one to choose. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks.
  13. I talked about Galak-Z on the podcast this week. And the extremely gradual RPG mechanics, the frustrating controls (ZR boost and float), and the bad dialogue make this so hard to recommend, even though it’s free. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  14. Photographic proof, wow! Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  15. 748 for me. Double points. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  16. I could be wrong, but it seems to have 4 player lobbies. Could get a few teams going but would they play in the same game against each other? Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

  20. Back in the Wii U days, so far I can’t remember, when a publisher provided a review code for a game, that said code actually gave you the real amount of Wii U points programme refund, 5%. As if you’d bought the game. I racked up a hell of a lot of discount vouchers just for reviewing games. Sadly, the same is not true on Switch. Type in a review code in the eShop and Gold Coins are forgotten Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
  21. I have no photographic proof, but I thought I would beat @Glen-i's low point easily. Turns out I have 248, not quite sure how that happened?? You don't get Gold Coins for review codes anymore. Plus, if this weekend proves to me that Mario Tennis is a stayer, I'll likely pre-order that for double-Gold Coins. That's right double, an extra 2 pound fifty.

  25. Another great 2D platformer with a dual gear system to slow down time itself.
