I post some bits of writing up on there, but frankly alot of the prose on there is dogshit. its all titled stuff like 'dragonrage trillogy part one chapter seven' or some shit like that. nobody want's to read anything that isn't fantasy tripe. and when they do, it's bad emo poetry about broken hearts and black dye...

Personally I visit IGN and such on a regular basis, and I enjoy what they do- especially stuff like Video Rreviews. However, EDGE magazine still ranks as my choice medium for games media as they provide a real opinnion on events and news and a strong degree of real professionalism- something the internet news sites sorely lack alot of the time

the trailers are up now, yeah. are any of the original writers involved- I was very fond of some of the dialogue in the other movies. especially a couple of lines from Magneto: Pyro: I can't create the fire, I can only manipulate it... Magneto: You are a God amongst insects. never let anyone ever tell you different. and the classic: *magneto stops a police barrage of bullets* 'you homosapiens and your *guns*. I Ian McKellen!

The good thing about 1 and 2 was their cerebal nature- they were the first mature comic movies. It looks like x3 has way more action in it so i just hope that it keeps up the realistic tone. also: I dunno if you guys have seen the first 2 lately but I always feel impresed by how pwerful the mutants are made to look without the films resulting in a mess of gci bollocks. every use of their powers is dramatic but subtle- especially magneto who is all too often portrayed as being too powerful in the comics. in the movies he is seemingly less powerful but at the same time incredibly dangerous.

It just keeps getting better. good to finally see Kitty Pryde in the team, too. she's always been pretty cool. I hope Wolverine trains her up too. that would be a nice nod to the continuity of the comics. also: if Colossus didnt kick the crap out of Jugganaught.......it'd be like Wolverine not fighting Deathstrike.
