See Oldboy. It's amazing. the ending is probably the darkest, most brutal destruction of a character I've ever seen. It just left me stunned.

I like it all the more now hm fusion gets rightious coverage.

I watched Oldboy last..man it's good. seriously dark, dark movie but easily one of the best I've ever seen. utterly facinating. 10/10. *runs off to find more korean cinema*

Infernal Affairs is one of my favourite movies. you should check out the other two films in the trillogy. the 2nd movie is a prequal about the two moles starting out and also deals with the relationship between Sam and Wong. the third film deals with the guy at the end of the first as he tries to uncover the rest of sams men in the force. that one is very strange indeed- quite funked up.

Hows Moving Castle. incredible movie. I really loved it. Christian Bale too on the dub. shabba.

I was being purely hypothetical there. my point still stands. you should vote for individual policy rather than party because that's how your votes affect the commons directly. and that's what everyone want's.

you guys shouldn't vote on the grounds of party policy. vote locally and see what your local representatives intend to support, instead. a good example is this: you don't support ID cards, a labour idea. the obvious solution would be to vote tory, right? what if your local labour candidate isnt in favour of ID cards either, but the tory guy is? you need to look closer, get involved and actually give a crap about this country. and anyone who won't vote because 'all politicians are wankers!' deserves to be slaped in the face. then kicked in the balls. twice. people around the world are murdered and incarcerated for years without charge because they believe in democracy. abusing your right to take part in a system you have by right is a morally indefensable insult.

I got round to seeing V for Vendetta the other day. pleased to announce that it's pretty good. It certainly captures an essence of a very modern totalerarian state very well. unfortunatly it also had wachowski brothers written all over it at times which was a bummer as they arent exactly subtle, although their screenplay was decent enough despite the way they tried to script everything as overly british. Good performances all round though. 7/10
