for me, the welfare state is one of the things that's actually good about this country. I beleive that the rich and prosperous should be taxed to help those at a genuine disadvantage in life, with the aim of helping them achieve an independent life. I dislike the idea of the system being abused as much as the next person, but the principal of a strong state is something I beleive in. If you want to see why it's good, just look at america and the massive problems of a captialist welfare system.

No, i just recognise the tories as oppotunistic, say anything toffs who'll glady say just about anything to get in on popularity contests, no matter how groundless and empty their proposals are. They stand for little, and what they do stand for is bad, unless you're a silverspooned, upper % ****. They're agaisnt everything I stand for, politically, i hold them personally responsible for most of the bad things to happen to my city and most of my region, and the thought of them in power is so god damn depessing that i might just leave. They also have a party leader who looks like a shiny new potato with a smug grin scribbled on it by a stupid child.

I disagree. I love Electro Choc the most (Justice, Boys Noize and Simian Mobile Disco fucking rule) but there's really good material on Liberty Rock (Thin Lizzy, Smashing Pumpkins and The Who, particularly) and The Vibe (Marvin Gaye, R Kelly and Ne-Yo fit the mood perfectly) shit, there's loads to love on there. The only way you can say it's a let down is if you just don't like music.

That bit wasn't hard for me. I just took cover when the chopper landed and waited for the charge to come. Ak-47 pwns all when they have no armour- it's like 4 shots per guy so you can kick alot of ass.

Get some Kevlar, then use your AK-47 and grenades to clear the guys out of cover. I did it first time that way. In fact, I hardly got hit.

pretty much filler this week. Always nice to see Christian turn up but other than that, the micro plot structure was shit (as per). They need to get Sawyer the fuck back to the beach to move the boat plot on some more. And get John to the cabin at the same time.

Yeah, that's true. I'm on a tough mission atm where you have to take out a stick up crew in an abandoned building, grab a bag o coke back and then fight your way out past a N.O.O.S.E squad. I'm stuck there, but I'll have to loose a 3 star level too. Thankfully, the cops arrived in an attack chopper so I'm pretty sure I can fight my way up to that and fly off. We'll see though, because right now I'm being mown down by the dudes with mp5s in very tight areas with fuck all cover. gaah.

s'funny how wow rocks your socks while you play but if you take time off it seems a bit weak sauce compared to console games. I mean, right now, GTA4 is miles better. i don't miss it at all.
