the rules are simple: red is better unless you go for the proper budget stuff you're only really allowed to get away with when you're not old enough to drink. In which case, White is far more quaffable. edit: this of course discounts the fact that you drink wine properly with food, in which case you drink whatever closest matches the colour of your meal.

Yeah this week's episode was by far the best since the opener. I thought it was bloody brilliant. So many elements that came together so well. And in just 42 minutes it was quite something.

I loved him vs Namor though: "You think you can take me?" "I'll certainly try, you gibbering schizoid." I fucking love Namor. He's such a massive cockend. Sentry does have the 'Flash problem" but I think the best writers have a handle on him. Bendis, obviously, and Fraction. They both understand how to use him. He's particularly good in Dark Avengers. It's ironic, but considering he has "the power of a million exploding suns", he'll always be more interesting when there's no fighting to be done.

aye but...When does Superman or whoever ever fight anyone of comparable strength? The cool thing about Viltrumite combat is that it's like a punch up between humans, only on this grand, brutal scale. I think if Superman fought Superman (and the artists/ writers had the stones to do it right) then the results would be the same as Vince vs Conquest.

Law was intense today. Power marched so hard to get here in time that I think I've pulled a muscle in my right foot, too. (not good, especially for me) Contempt law: not for stupids. I'm off to read more about it or do shorthand. Pity me, forum. Also, and this is faintly absurd- Jayseven can attend tonights student union club night at my university but I can't because I have 3 9am starts on the trot midweek. Good night, too. Frak.

Quality episode this week. Mark going in to meltdown at the end and Jezz being crushed was absolutely hilarious. I love Elena. She's so hot but she's a complete fucking idiot- the way her and Jezz work off each other's idiocy is genius.

I'm not convinced either of those are traces. Plenty are, sure, but those? The Osborn one particularly- a man with short hair in a suit grinning is obviously going to look close but I'm not sure that's a trace. And that shot of Iron Man from the film is very standard Iron Man in a very standard pose. I'm sure it's come up plenty of times before people started looking for trace work from Land. His crimes are numerous and grave. He very nearly ruins one of the best books in Marvel on a page by page basis every month and he should be blacklisted for being a cheap, boring hack, but I'm not convinced those two are why. edit: lols @ Spidy copping a feel.
