New thread? New thread! So we have the (excellent) funny videos thread on this very page but I reckon it needs a companion piece- somewhere we can post enlightening, awesome, spectacular and generally excellent finds we've unearthed on the vast landfill of information and dross that is The Internet. Doesn't matter what it is. If you think it's interesting and cool, post it. first up: The Actual God Damn Future. Particularly cool for me as a would be journalist as it's a kind of preview of what I'll hopefully be doing with my life in a couple of years time. This is the ipad version of Sports Illustrated. Very interesting use of technology.

Yeah to be honest I'm not totally cool with that. I like that she's married and so on- shows a bit of genuine progression but it's had an impact on the X-Men and I think with Utopia going on, Storm should have been more involved as her outlook would, no doubt, be a useful counterpoint to Scott. Ho hum. Perhaps she'll be more visible after DoomWar- I have no idea where the Black Panther books are heading after this so we'll see.

lol uhh, yeah! The Life and Times of Daniel 'Dare' Phillips are as follows: Deadline tomorrow. Not a problem. Plenty to get on with but nothing hard. Easy times from here on in. They decided not to do a third season of conchords. The first season is based on their live stand up show, which is why the songs are often weirdly placed/ shoehorned in to the script. The second season has songs that are a better fit because they were written for TV but they're generally not as good so they called it a day and chose not to write under pressure and got back on the road. -
