I see luck and chance as pretty much the same thing really. If you're lucky you can get a chance for something good to happen... and if by chance something good does happen then that's quite lucky? I suppose it doesn't really matter whether you believe in luck or not, good or bad things may happen to you and you can either see them as lucky/unlucky or you can accept it as chance or fate or whatever. So in conclusion I don't know...

Nevermind, have some of this Remember when you were young and used to think snow actually fell in great blobs like that? Or was it just me.... And it just started snowing again, I almost don't want to look incase it stops.

(september 27th)

Animals of Farthing Wood was brilliant, it was so sad every time they killed off an animal. I remember Through The Dragons Eye too but no one else I know does. So many great shows! Most of the shows mentioned here really are classics, they don't make them like that anymore. A few more I remember watching... That Mario cartoon (can't remember it's actual name, probably Super Mario), Dangermouse, Bucky o Hare, Maid Marian and Her Merry Men - this was on BBC1 and it had Danny John-Jules (The Cat from Red Dwarf) in it and Tony Robinson (Baldrick from Blackadder) too, very funny show.

Got snow here but it's about a centimetre deep and we probably wont get any more until next winter now I'd take a pic but I don't have a camera, only a webcam and it doesn't reach the window hehe I love the way everything looks in the snow though, pure white goodness

Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Transformers Thundercats I also remember knightmare and the crystal maze, great shows. Recently I've been watching Mighty Max on youtube, anyone remember that show? It was great. If you haven't seen it then look for it on youtube, every episode is there.

I've been enjoying playing Red Steel, though I've not felt incredibly motivated to play it - maybe playing it twice a week for a few hours at a time. I had got quite far into the game I think, I only needed to do one more mission for those boss people. Unfortunately my game data seems to have been erased, I'm suddenly back on the geisha mission which I did first is there a way to get back the data I lost? I don't really want to have to play it through again.

I can't wait for excitetruck, but you should :P

Been here since the start of C-E but didn't post for a very long time

The Gamestation in my highstreet is a lot better than Game. I've never had a problem there and the staff know about games which helps. The trolls in Game are barely alive.

Have you read The Closed Circle? That's the sequel set about 20 years later. It's just as good imo

The Rotters Club and The Closed Circle by Jonathon Coe excellent books also anything by Terry Pratchett

The tv show was great when I was 5 or something... lol nice one I hope they do change the name if it makes it over here... although I doubt I'd watch anyway

The ability to master any skill, that's a good one, I think I'll be stealing it 1. master any skill 2. Psychic powers to allow me to see 30 seconds into the future (just so I can freak people out) 3. Turn invisible/visible at will (to include my clothes and whatever/whoever I may be touching at the time)

It certainly would have given you a much greater sense of achievement. I don't mind how they did it but it would have been great to fight the boss once to get a taste of it and then warping back on the last day to fight it one last time (maybe with increased difficulty too).

I had that on the original N64 version (well still do, everytime I play it with my family), only when there's 3 or 4 players and it only seems to happen on moo moo farm, bowsers castle and dk jungle parkway. Oh and it happens in battle mode on skyscraper, makes for some hilarious frantic battling

I currently have: Spare headset Notepad 2 pens (marker and biro) Sunglasses Webcam TV Remote Monitor Keyboard Mouse It's all kind of behind my big bulky monitor though so can't really get a good pic of everything.
