The Competition Commission won't have a problem with GAME's takeover bid. Why, Zeldafreak do you actually believe that you know more about this than the countless lawyers that GAME will have consulted before making a bid? They're a company, they dont throw money into a takeover that they can't win! I know sometimes companies get stopped but it is VERY rare. It costs so much to start a takeover that its not worth the bother unless you are 90% sure it will happen

There is one other... TBH i think Broc is well and truly dead. If they can bring him back then they can (and should) bring back Norman Osbourne instead

Just got back from town with a 2100 point card. Was going to buy the Gears maps and Nights of the Nine but now the crackdown DLC is out Difficult choice now, Gears maps or Nights of the Nine! The Crackdown content is a given simply because its such good value compared to the rest

I think part 4 should be Lizard and a return for Sandman. Maybe Sandman could start off robbing banks etc and then get roped in to capturing Lizard in exchange for the money needed to save his daughter. Either that or Scorpion and maybe Rhino. What i really don't want to see is Venom, Carnage, Green Goblin or Hobgoblin. They're too much! I also think Peter and MJ need to get married early on in the next film or MJ needs to die in it. They're story is getting a little dull now

I'd like to see it play out like Pokemon, i.e. you have you're adventure part and then when you encounter and enemy/random battle the screen flashes and you go into combat mode (the view swaps to the side and it plays like SCII) Either that or an Action RPG that throws loads of enemies at you!

OK, i forgot about a lot of those. I'd still put Spidey 3 very low on the list though. Something down the lines of: Daredevil X-Men 3 Hulk Spidey 3 Superman Returns Fantastic 4 Elektra Catwoman Batman Forever Batman And Robin I liked Daredevil and X-Men 3 and thought Hulk was OK. Spidey 3 is imo a terrible end to the trilogy, it felt too rushed. They just skimmed over 2 of the biggest villains in the Spiderman universe! On the plus side they made a great character out of Sandman and didnt kill him off so he'll be back My main gripe with the film was actually Venom. They should have left him out and spent the screen time elsewhere, the whole film would have been 10x better!

Online stores count too though surely? In which case GAME dont hold anywhere near 25% Gamestation sell a lot of DVDs and games merch so they might not fall under the Video Games Specialist tag. Their main focus is the second hand market too so its not in direct competition with the likes of HMV, Woolies, Tesco etc. This will be approved by the monopoly commission, GAME aren't doing anything wrong. If they try to buy anyone else though then they'll have a hard time!
